This hotel claims to be luxurious, but it is in serious need of renovations. The rooms are outdated, and the overall appearance is dated. The cleanliness and cleaning of the rooms leaves something to be desired. There are not enough chairs at the pools and beach, and we weren't at full capacity yet. On the other hand, there are plenty of restaurants, no limits, and no reservations. The food is okay. I won't be going back.
Cet hôtel se prétend luxueux mais il a sérieusement besoin de rénovations. Les chambres sont désuètes et l'aspect général est vieillot. La propreté et le nettoyage des chambres laisse sérieusement à désirer. Manque de chaises aux piscines et à la plage et on n'était pas encore à pleine capacité. Par contre, beaucoup de restos, pas de limites et pas de réservations. La bouffe ok. Je ne retournerai pas là.

Old and outdated hotel
Hotel vieux et désuet
The people there only think about their tips, there are only two people for check in check out, arrived around 1:00 p.m., room ready around 4:15 p.m. There are not enough chairs at the beach and at the pool. The rooms; smell of humidity, no towels, no refilling of the fridge. The beach is beautiful. The buffet is tiny, there is not much and not much choice on the other hand the a la carte restaurants, the food is excellent but good luck with the wait ±30-45 minutes
Les gens sur place ne pensent qu'à leur pourboire, il y a seulement deux personnes pour le check in check out, arrivé vers 13:00, chambre prête vers 16:15. Il n'y a pas assez de chaise à la plage et à la piscine. Les chambres; odeur d'humidité, pas de serviette, pas de remplissage du frigo. La plage est belle. Le buffet est minuscule, y a pas grand chose et pas grand choix par contre les restos à la carte, la nourriture est excellente mais bonne chance pour l'attente ±30-45 minutes

Cuba would have been better.
Cuba aurait été mieux.
This is a 2/5 hotel. Very disappointed. The restaurants are really not good and the hotel lacks freshness. A hotel with a lot of potential but completely neglected. Avoid!
C'est un 2/5 comme Hotel. Très déçu. Les restaurant sont vraiment pas bon et l'hôtel manque de fraîcheur. Un hotel avec beaucoup de potentiel mais complètement laisser à allez. À éviter!

Nice atmosphere but poorly maintained hotel
Belle ambiance mais hôtel mal entretenu
Passable hotel, good staff, great pool, but the hotel is poorly maintained. Very ordinary room, not clean and very humid, air conditioning that doesn't really work. The buffet is very ordinary and the restaurants don't take reservations, so the wait is on average 2 hours.
Passable comme hôtel, bon personnel, piscine superbe mais l’hôtel est mal entretenu. Chambre très ordinaire, pas propre et très humide, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Le buffet est très ordinaire et les restaurants ne font pas de réservation donc attente de 2h en moyenne.

For the price, too much to pay

4 star hotel which is outdated, old, the rooms I spoke to several people who had to change rooms because the toilets were not functional. Not enough chairs at the pools because if you arrived at 7:30 you no longer had space, I had to get up at 4:30 to reserve our chair at 5:00. The entertainment is redundant, the evening shows were better in Cuba.... No beach, the photos show that there is a lot of beach, but in reality, there is 10-15 feet.... They did not collect the seaweed, the flag was always red. In short, at $1900 per person, it was one of my worst trips and the most expensive of my last 15 trips. This hotel is worth a 3 star maximum, and that's because they clean the pool and the lobby in the morning....
Hotel 4 étoiles qui est désuet , vieux , les chambres j’ai parler a plusieurs personnes qui ont été changer de chambre car les toilettes étais pas fonctionnel . Pas assez de chaises aux piscines car si tu arrivais a 7h30 tu n’avais plus de place , je devais me lever a 4h30 pour réserver notre chaise a 5h00. L'animation redondant , lecsoir les shows était mieux a cuba …. Pas de plage les photos montrent qu’il a beaucoup de plage , mais en vrai , il en a 10 -15 pieds …. Les algues ils ne les ramassaient pas , le drapeau était toujours rouge . Bref a 1900$ par personnes , c’étais un de mes pire voyage puis le plus chers de mes 15 derniers voyages .
