A good hotel overall, but lacking in activities and variety in the restaurants.

Thankfully, my husband and I were there to relax. If that's what you're looking for, it's a great hotel, very, very quiet. It's clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice. Luckily, they moved us to a different room because there's currently some VERY noisy construction going on. This was actually a disruptive aspect of our stay. They also closed the indoor buffet restaurant for renovations... having lunch and dinner in the sweltering heat wasn't great. The buffets were almost exactly the same every day; they definitely need to improve their food selection. However, the food itself is good. I loved the detox juices. I wasn't impressed by any of the restaurants during my stay, unlike when I travel to other hotels. The air conditioning in the room wasn't sufficient; we were very hot, especially at night. The highlights were definitely the staff, the quiet atmosphere, access to the pool loungers (preferred club), the pastry and ice cream area, and the easy access to the à la carte restaurants. I also have to admit that learning that some Irish tourists had their luggage stolen from their safe upon arrival a few days before us completely stressed me out the entire trip. But all in all, the stay went well. The bartenders are excellent, always smiling and incredibly efficient. I never waited more than a minute to be served. The drinks were consistently good. The wine was also of good quality, although the white was served at room temperature or barely chilled. In short, a good trip, though not a favorite.
Heureusement, mon mari et moi étions là pour nous reposer. Si c'est votre cas, super hôtel, très très calme. C'est propre. Les employés sont très très serviables et souriants. Les chambres sont biens. Heureusement qu'ils nous ont changé de chambre car il y a actuellement des travaux TRÈS bruyants. C'était d'ailleurs un aspect dérangeant du séjour. Ils ont fermés le restaurant buffet intérieur aussi pour des travaux...déjeuner et diner à la grosse chaleur, c'était pas génial. Les buffets étaient quasi totalement identiques tous les jours, nettement besoin de revoir leur variété alimentaire. Cependant la nourriture offerte est bonne. J'adorais les jus détox. Je n'ai été impressionnée par aucun restaurant lors de mon séjour, contrairement à lorsque je voyage dans d'autres hôtels. L'air climatisé à la chambre ne fournissait pas, nous avons eu très chaud, particulièrement la nuit.
More... Less...Le point fort était définitivement le personnel, le calme, l'accès aux chaises de piscine (club préférentiel), l'endroit de pâtisserie et crème glacée, la facilité d'accès aux restaurants à la carte.
J'avoue aussi que le fait d'avoir appris que des touristes irlandais c'était fait voler dans leur "safe" à leur arrivé quelques jours avant nous m'a carrément stressée tout le voyage. Mais bon, le séjour s'est tout de même bien déroulé.
Les barmans sont excellents, toujours souriants et ultra efficace. Je n'ai pas attendu plus d'une minute avant d'être servie. Les drinks toujours bon. La qualité du vin aussi, mais le blanc est température pièce ou très peu froid.
Bref, un voyage bien, sans être un coup de coeur.

Our fourth visit in a year to this resort, and it's still just as wonderful! The atmosphere, the staff, the temperature, the food—everything is perfect. The entertainment team is fantastic, as are the bartenders. Highly recommended.

A proper stage should have been set up to better showcase the activities. The pool activities should have had a more lively atmosphere, and there should have been more activities outside the pool, including activities for children.

A beautiful hotel, a practically non-existent beach
Un bel hôtel, une plage quasi inexistante
The hotel is nice, but if you're a beach lover, it's not for you. The beach is very small, the sea is full of rocks, and it's poorly maintained. You can't walk more than 500 meters along the beach.
L’hôtel est bien mais si vous êtes un amateur de plage, pas pour vous. Très petite, mer remplie de roches, peu entretenue. Impossible de marcher sur la plage plus de 500 mètres.
