Okay for a family, but not so great for a couple. The food was good, but otherwise… Very strict about smoking; you can only smoke in one designated area outside the resort. The activities are so-so and too restrictive. Never any space at the pool because the beach isn't nice. And too many children for my liking. The sunset isn't on the beach side. Anyway, the staff were super friendly, the food was good, but nothing special. I won't be back.

My partner and I just returned from our stay at the Natura. It was our second time at this hotel, and we loved it! The restaurant, bar, rooms, and pool were all fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One small thing: we had some difficulty finding a spot on the beach. The Preferred Club isn't adults-only, so the beach and pools were quite crowded. But overall, it was great!

Moi et ma conjointe revenons tout juste de notre séjour au Natura, c'était notre deuxième fois à cette Hôtel, on l'adore, resto, bar, chambre, piscine tout est super le personnel dans son ensemble très et souriant. Une petite chose on à eu de la difficulté à avoir une place à la plage. Le preffered club n'est pas adultes only, donc bcp de monde à la plage et au piscines. Mais tout de même super!

The hotel is beautiful, small site, the rooms are nice big and clean. The buffet is not worthy of a 5 star. The lazy river is small and more for children. Quality price I think it is not worth it... The a la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff is super welcoming and helpful.

L’hôtel est beau , site petit, les chambres sont belles grande et propre . Le buffet n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoile. La lazy river est petite et plus pour les enfants. Qualité prix je crois qu’elle ne vaux pas le coup … Les restaurants à la carte était excellent . Le personnel super accueillant et serviable.
