Air Canada representative spoke English only. The butler was there to make us spend the $200 bonus. For example, $100 off a $190 massage... I even got a $350 bonus. On two occasions, I made a request. I was referred to someone else. "Go ask your representative" or see the clerk over there. The Preferred Club lounge is really very ordinary. The Preferred Club pool is full by 8:00 AM. Surrounded by a forest, there's little air circulation. The room was clean but noisy due to the air conditioning and the soundproofing of the entrance door; luckily, earplugs were helpful. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. Beautiful beach, and they're working hard to remove the sargassum seaweed. Not much swimming.

Ex: 100 de rabais pour un massage de 190 dollars ...j ai même eu un bonus de 350 dollars. En deux occasions j ai fait une demande . On m'a référé à une autre personne. "Allez demander à votre représentant" ou voyez le commis là bas.
Le salon prefered club est vraiment très ordinaire. Piscine préférered
clubs est pleine à 8h le matin. Entourée d une forêt peu d air y circule.
Chambre propre mais bruyante par son air climatisé et l isolation de la porte d entrée, heureusement des bouchons d oreilles ont été utiles.

Personnel chaleureux bouffe excellente. Belle plage et et on travaille fort pour enlever les sargasses. Peu baignade.

Beautiful site with a swimming pool overlooking the sea
Très beau site avec piscine sur la mer

Activities follow a very rigid schedule, and even if it rains, there's no flexibility for people to extend their fun (billiards, volleyball, flag football). Sargassum seaweed is collected by tractor every day, but no one cleans the volleyball court, which is used daily. The site is beautiful, and the staff are pleasant. The à la carte restaurant is very good and doesn't require reservations. Be aware that there are many solicitations to visit the new Dreams hotel and attend information sessions.

Les activités suivent un horaire très rigide et même si il pleut, aucun latitude pour que les gens s’amusent plus longtemps. ( billard, volleyball, flagfootball). Sargasses ramassées par tracteur tous les jours mais personne pour nettoyer court de volleyball utilisé tous les jours. Très beau site et personnels agréable. Très bon restaurant à la carte ne nécessitant pas de réservation.
Attention. Beaucoup de sollicitations pour aller voir le nouveau hôtel Dreams avec réunion d’information.

Overall, very good. The food is very good at the buffet and restaurant. The staff is top-notch, with excellent service. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean. The rooms are old and not very well soundproofed. You're a 15-minute drive or an hour's walk from Puerto Morelos, which is well worth a visit. Use InDrive for getting around; it's much less touristy than Playa del Carmen and Fifth Avenue.
