The Oasis Palm Hotel in Cancun is pathetic. Imagine a run-down 4-star hotel with a very strong musty smell in the room and infernal noise in the corridors. In 26 trips to the SOUTH, I have never seen a 4-star hotel without a refrigerator in the room, at least to have cold water. After one night, we paid an extra $480 to change hotels for the remaining 6 days.

Après une nuit, on a payé un supplément de 480$ pour changer d'hôtel pour les 6 jours restants.

We found the hotel to be ordinary for a 4-star hotel. The reception and administrative staff were not very kind or courteous. We found it lacking in human qualities considering that we travel at least twice a year. I bought a Grand Oasis Palm and we were put in the Oasis. The hotel had problems with the water service twice (cut-off). So, we will not return to this hotel.
Nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel été ordinaire pour un 4 étoiles. Le personnel de réception et administratif éteint peu gentils et courtoises. Nous trouvons peu qualité humaine tenant compte que nous faison de voyages au moins 2 fois par année. J’ai acheté pour être un grand oasis Palm et nous avons êtes mise dans l’oasis. L’hôtel a eu deux fois des problèmes avec le servicié d’eau (coupure). Alors, nous ne retournerons pas à cette hôtel.
