Occidental At Xcaret Destination

This was my second time at this hotel after 10 years. The location is worth it. LOTS of animals. I love the beach. It's also a good place to learn to snorkel. Even better in the inlet at Xcaret. Remember to bring your masks. The staff is very friendly. The only downside was the food. I felt like the restaurants were just serving the buffet food with a "better presentation," so it was very repetitive.

C'était ma deuxième fois à cet hôtel après 10 ans. Le site en vaut la peine. BEAUCOUP d'animaux. J'adore la plage. Quand même bien pour s'initier au snorkeling. Encore mieux dans l'inlet à XCaret. Pensez à apporter vos masques.

Personnel très gentil. Seul bémol était la nourriture. J'ai eu l'impression que les restaurants servaient la nourriture du buffet "mieux présenté", donc très redondant.

Cleanliness, beauty, and quality are paramount at this hotel. You absolutely must visit this hotel at least once in your life. The service is simply incredible; we didn't like the location of our first room (noise). Fifteen minutes later, we had a new room. As for the food, if you can't find anything to your liking, definitely stop traveling and stay home because you won't find anything to your taste anywhere. The cleanliness of the property and the rooms is impeccable. The only area for improvement is the reservation system for the à la carte restaurants; it's far from disastrous, but not ideal. (You have to be in the lobby at 7:00 a.m., or book through your concierge.)

La propreté, la beauté et la qualité sont mise de l'avant dans cette hôtel. Vous devez absolument visité cette hôtel au moins une fois dans votre vie.

Le service est tous simplement incroyable, nous n'aimions pas l'emplacement de notre première chambre (bruit). 15 minutes plus tard, nous avions une nouvelle chambre.
Que dire de la nourriture, si vous ne trouvez rien à votre goût définitivement arrêter de voyager et rester à la maison parce que vous ne trouverez rien nul part à votre goût.
La propreté du site ainsi que des chambres est impeccable.

Le seul point à améliorer est la gestion des réservations à pour les restaurants à la carte et c'est loin catastrophique mais pas l'idéal.
(Vous devez vous présenté au lobby à 7:00 le matin, ou bien réservé via votre conciergerie.)

Un petit bémol : la plage mais vu l'emplacement aucune amélioration est possible.

Wonderful stay at a resort with lots of animals and lush vegetation. Snorkeling is possible near the hotel beach. I would definitely go back!

Beau séjour dans un complexe avec beaucoup d’animaux et de végétation. Il est possible de faire de la plongée en apnée près de la plage de l’hôtel.
J’y retournerais !

I loved the hotel and the surrounding area; the setting is idyllic with all the animals and lush vegetation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It's not a place for partying, but rather for exploring and relaxing. An excellent place for families.

J'ai adoré l'hôtel et les environs, le décor est paradisiaque avec tous les animaux et la végétation. Les chambres sont propres et très confortables. Ce n'est pas un endroit pour faire la fête mais plutôt pour faire des découvertes et se reposer. Excellent endroit pour les familles.

Beautiful beach, but very small. You have to get up early to reserve chairs.

Belle plage, mais très petite. Il faut se lever tôt pour réserver des chaises.
