I loved the hotel and the surrounding area; the setting is idyllic with all the animals and lush vegetation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It's not a place for partying, but rather for exploring and relaxing. An excellent place for families.

Bel endroit

This place is for nature lovers, wildlife watching, and treetop walkers. It's not the ideal spot for beachgoers. However, this site met our expectations, and we were delighted by our encounters with monkeys, exotic birds, and other wildlife.

Very nice hotel with Xcaret Park next door.
Très bel hôtel avec le parc Xcaret à côté.

Luckily, there's Xcaret Park nearby (entrance fee applies), as there isn't much to do at the hotel. Xcaret Park has plenty to offer and is a must-see.
