Good, but nothing special

Check-in was very long, the room was okay but could use some updating. The beach was beautiful and there wasn't too much sargassum seaweed, which was cleaned up every morning. There were plenty of chairs without having to get up early to reserve them. Customer service was very good, but there was no WestJet representative. The buffet was fine; we had everything we needed. The hotel was decent but lacked atmosphere in the evenings. Overall, a good stay, as the goal was to relax.
Check in très long, chambre ok mais aurait besoin d'être modernisée.
More... Less...Belle plage et pas trop de sargasses qui étaient nettoyées chaque matin. Suffisamment de chaises sans devoir se lever tôt pour réserver.
Service clientèle très bon mais pas de représentant West jet .
Buffet OK, on a manqué de rien.
Hôtel correct mais manquait d'ambiance en soirée.
Bon séjour en général car le but était de se reposer.

Very beautiful site overall
Très beau site en général
No resort map, we had to find our own way around. No posters for shows. Easier to speak Spanish than English. Not enough shade on the beach. Lack of parasols at the pools.

Wonderful week with the family!
Magnifique semaine en famille!
Positive points: The resort is vast and very clean, the beach is magnificent, lots of palm trees, varied buffet with a different theme each evening. Negative points: The rooms need renovation, the à la carte restaurants are ordinary. Good value for money.
