The food was just edible. We were never excited about eating at any meal; it was always the same thing or nearly so, and of poor quality. The service, however, was excellent. We had to pay an extra US$300 for a room we were supposed to have already booked. The beach was full of sargassum seaweed, and we were harassed every time we were there. We had a problem in the middle of the night and never got a response from the hotel or anyone else to help us.

La nourriture était juste mangeable. Absolument à aucun repas nous avons eu hâte d’aller manger, c’était toujours la même chose ou presque et de piètre qualité. Le service était excellent par contre. Nous avons dû payer 300$ Us supplémentaires pour une chambre que nous devions déjà avoir à la base. La plage était rempli de sargasse et on s’est fait achaler chaque fois que nous y étions. On a eu un pépin en plein milieu de la nuit et on a jamais pu obtenir de réponse de l’hôtel ou de qui que ce soit pour nous aider.

Key points: - beautiful beach but lots of floating seaweed - very windy, so big waves in the sea limit swimming - good food - perfect splash zone for young children!! We spent our time there.

- très venteux, donc grosses vagues dans la mer limite la baignade
- bonne nourriture
- splash zone pour les jeunes enfants parfaite !! On a passé notre temps là.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Better than we expected considering the price! Don't pay too much attention to the bad reviews; the service is excellent and the staff are very friendly! It's not a new hotel, but the grounds are well-maintained and safe.

Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel! Mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions en considérant le prix payé! Ne vous fiez pas trop aux mauvais commentaires, le service est excellent et les employés sont très gentils! Ce n’est pas un hôtel neuf mais le site est bien entretenu et sécuritaire.

This 4-star hotel is only worth 3 stars, or even less. There are better hotels in Punta Cana for the same price. Do your research. The buffet has very limited choices. If you don't eat pork, you'll have very few options. The staff is unfriendly and never smiles. Customer service is nonexistent. The only employee we appreciated was the housekeeper. It's old. I've stayed at several resorts, including some in Cuba, and I preferred Cuba in terms of food and staff. There's no air conditioning anywhere (other than in your room). On weekends, the locals come, and the experience is greatly affected. Run.

Hotel 4 étoiles qui ne vaut que 3 et même moins. Il y a de meilleurs hôtels à Punta Cana pour le même prix. Faites bien vos recherches.
Buffet: choix très très limités. Si vous ne mangez pas de porc vous aurez peu de choix. Le personnel est peu amical ne sourient jamais. Le service à la clientèle 0. Le seul employé que nous avons apprécié est la femme de ménage. C'est vieux. J'ai fait plusieurs resorts dont certains de Cuba et j'ai préféré Cuba en termes de bouffe et personnel. Aucun endroit avec Air Clim (autre que votre chambre). Le weekend les locaux viennent et l'expérience est grandement affectée. RUN.
