Great trip!
Super voyage!

We really enjoyed this hotel! Better than we expected considering the price! Don't pay too much attention to the bad reviews; the service is excellent and the staff are very friendly! It's not a new hotel, but the grounds are well-maintained and safe.

This 4-star hotel is only worth 3 stars, or even less. There are better hotels in Punta Cana for the same price. Do your research. The buffet has very limited choices. If you don't eat pork, you'll have very few options. The staff is unfriendly and never smiles. Customer service is nonexistent. The only employee we appreciated was the housekeeper. It's old. I've stayed at several resorts, including some in Cuba, and I preferred Cuba in terms of food and staff. There's no air conditioning anywhere (other than in your room). On weekends, the locals come, and the experience is greatly affected. Run.

Le seul employé que nous avons apprécié est la femme de ménage. C'est vieux. J'ai fait plusieurs resorts dont certains de Cuba et j'ai préféré Cuba en termes de bouffe et personnel. Aucun endroit avec Air Clim (autre que votre chambre). Le weekend les locaux viennent et l'expérience est grandement affectée. RUN.

The resort and the beach are beautiful. Unfortunately, what really disappointed us was the bathroom in our room and our children's rooms. Their condition was truly unacceptable for a 4-star hotel; they need to be renovated.
