The staff is friendly and the buffet food is very good. The presence of sargassum seaweed on the beach makes it less beautiful, but this isn't the hotel's fault; it's the season and the hotel collects it regularly. I recommend this hotel.

I loved the resort. The way everything was laid out made us feel completely lost. The place was very clean despite being an older hotel. The staff was 10/10. The food was 10/10. With the Privilege Experience, we were truly pampered. We'll definitely be back.

Un vrai 5 étoiles

Trip from May 15th to 22nd, 2026. A very nice hotel; the rooms are very large and clean. Plenty of staff on site, so good service everywhere, and everyone is attentive, smiling, and ready to help. The buffet is huge and very varied; it's not even worth trying the restaurants since the buffet offers everything you could want. Personally, the late-night shows weren't up to the resort's standard. It's a bit difficult to book restaurants or go to restaurants without a reservation.

Beaucoup de personnel sur le site donc un bon services partout et tous sont a l'écoute, souriant et prêt a rendre service . Le buffet est immense et très varié ça vaut même pas la peine d'essayer les restos puisque le buffet offre tous ce que vous voulez. Personnellement les spectacles de fin soirée n'était pas à la hauteur du complexe. Un peu difficile de réserver les restos ou aller dans les restos sans réservation.
