Wonderful vacation!
Magnifiques vacances!

Overall, everything went well. There was sargassum seaweed on the beach, but that's beyond the hotel's control. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, but the staff sent a technician to check it and were attentive to our needs. Despite this, the unit still wasn't functioning correctly. They offered to move us to another room, but in the end, we decided to stay rather than move again.

En général tout s'est bien passé. Sargasse dans la plage, mais cela est hors du contrôle de l'Hôtel. L'air climatisé de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais le personnel a envoyé un technicien pour le vérifier et a été à l'écoute de nos besoins. The staff is friendly and the buffet food is very good. The presence of sargassum seaweed on the beach makes it less beautiful, but this isn't the hotel's fault; it's the season and the hotel collects it regularly. I recommend this hotel.

I loved the resort. The way everything was laid out made us feel completely lost. The place was very clean despite being an older hotel. The staff was 10/10. The food was 10/10. With the Privilege Experience, we were truly pampered. We'll definitely be back.
