Beautiful site and very clean. The staff is great. It's just a shame that half the site is closed and that food shortages have been common since COVID.

The Roc Casa Del Mar is a truly beautiful site, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the pools are beautiful and well maintained. Grilled chicken, beef and pork are served on the buffet every day, as well as fish and pasta prepared in front of us! The beach is also very beautiful and peaceful, with no solicitations or salespeople. What struck us most was the kindness and exceptional welcome from the staff, in the lobby, the bars, restaurants and the beach! We will return!
Le Roc Casa Del Mar est un site vraiment très beau, les chambres sont belles et propres, les piscines sont belles et bien entretenues. Grillades de poulet, bœuf et porc au buffet à tous les jours ainsi que du poisson et des pâtes préparés devant nous ! La plage est très belle et tranquille également,aucune sollicitations ou vendeurs. Ce qui nous as le plus marqué c’est la gentillesse et l’accueil exceptionnel du personnel ,au lobby, les bars , resto et plage ! Nous y retournerons !

The Roc Casa del Mar team is incredible! Everyone made our experience a great one: Charlie the butler, Janet, Luis and Miguel (our favorite bartenders), and the entertainment team. We enjoyed the sublime beach and the beautiful pool. The buffet food is limited, but there is plenty of it. The service in the hotel restaurants is rather slow. However, our other requests (wi-fi, missing items, etc.) were always heard and fulfilled quickly. The dance shows in the evenings are extraordinary. Overall, we will keep fond memories of this hotel!
L’équipe du Roc Casa del Mar est incroyable! Tous ont rendu notre expérience très agréable : Charlie le major d’homme, Janet, Luis et Miguel (nos barmans préférés) et l’équipe d’animation. Nous avons profité de la sublime plage et de la belle piscine. La nourriture du buffet est peu variée, mais il y en a en grande quantité. Le service dans les restaurants de l’hôtel est plutôt lent. Cependant, nos autres demandes (wi-fi, produits manquants, etc.) ont toujours été entendues et réalisées rapidement. Les spectacles de danse le soir sont extraordinaires. En général, nous garderons de bons souvenirs de cet hôtel!

Un bel hôtel, beaucoup de potentiel mais peine à répondre aux demandes
Lack of supplies. There is no coffee on our second day. Instant coffee is not drinkable. The food selection in the buffet is very limited. The a la carte restaurants are not much better. The staff are friendly and helpful but do not seem well trained to serve. No water equipment is available (kayak, water pedals, catamaran). The bar staff, on the other hand, are very competent, friendly, and welcoming.
Manque d’approvision. Il n’y a pas de café des nos deuxième jour. Le café instantané n’est pas buvable. Le choix de nourriture dans le buffet est très limité. Les restaurants à la carte n’est guerre mieux. Personnels sont aimables et serviables mais me semblent pas bien formés pour servir. Aucun équipement aquatique disponible (kayak, pédale l’eau. Catamaran). Personelscaux bar par contre très compétent, aimable et accueillant
