Bel endroit

A lovely, friendly, and clean place. Beautiful pools for both children and adults. As mentioned, there's no beach and a limited area for swimming in the sea. That didn't stop us from finding the place enjoyable.

It's a very nice, clean hotel with good food. I couldn't get a table at the Italian restaurant despite trying every day. The Japanese food was very good, and it was a great experience. A group of rowdy American teenagers on spring break disturbed us badly all night in the next room. I complained twice at reception. Our family finally fell asleep at 3:00 AM. The next day, I asked to be moved, which the head waiter granted, to a room of the same standard, on the same floor, but further away from the rowdy teenagers... I appreciate the hotelier's understanding. The beach is tiny and not very nice... a big disappointment because we usually spend hours walking on the beach on our previous trips. In short, I probably won't go back because of the usual hotel prices in Jamaica, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

C'est un très bel hotel, propre, on y mange bien. Je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir une place au resto italien bien que j'ai essayé tout les jours. Le japonais est très bon et ce fût une belle expérience. Un groupe de jeune américain turbulents en spring break nous ont fortement dérangé toute une nuit dans la chambre d'à côté. Je me suis plaint 2 fois à la réception. Notre famille s'est enfin endormie à 3heure du matin. Le lendemain j'ai demandé à être relocalisé, ce que le maitre d'hotel nous a accordé, dans une chambre de même qualité, sur le même étage, mais plus loin des jeunes turbulent... j'apprécie la compréhension de l'hôtelier. La plage est tout petite et pas très belle... grosse déception car habituellement on marche de longue heures sur la plage dans nos voyages précédents. Bref, je n'y retournerai probablement pas à cause du prix habituel des hôtels en Jamaique, mais j'ai apprécié mon séjour dans l'ensemble.

A truly wonderful experience, a dream vacation, a magnificent view from our room, a magical beach, albeit pebbly. The activities—bowling, tennis courts, gym (though it lacked air conditioning)—were fantastic. The buffet was a bit repetitive, lacking variety in fruit, but there was a wide selection of fish and sushi. The lazy river was lovely and beautiful, plus there was a smoothie bar right behind it. The children had a great time on the very safe, well-supervised water slides.

Une très belle expérience, des vacances de rêve, une vue magnifique de notre chambre, une plage féerique , bien que caillouteuses . Les activités , le bowling, les terrains de tennis , le gym (il manquait de clim par contre) étaient top. Le buffet un peu répétitif, ça manquait de variété dans les fruits, par contre beaucoup de choix de poissons, sushis. Le lazy river était très sympathique, très beau, en plus, il y avait un bar à smoothie juste derrière. les enfants se sont bien amusé dans les glissades d’eau très sécuritaire, bien encadré.

Ca ne vos pas un 4.5 etoile plutôt 3.5 étoiles

Really disappointed. The bars close at 5 PM. The buffet only opens at 6:30 PM. Only one server in the bars. Lack of items in the bars. I saw insects on the buffet counter. The sofa bed is unusable, broken. Housekeeping comes at 5:30 PM to clean the room. The door handle in my room came off in my hand. We're only allowed two soft drinks in the room fridge.
