We had some issues with the service, particularly with the room. The staff wasn't especially courteous. I was disappointed by the repetitive offerings at the buffet, and it was very difficult to get a table at the other restaurants. The sea was inaccessible due to seaweed, and this was the case every day of our trip. We loved the lazy river and the water features with the children. However, the water in the main pool wasn't clean. The decor and rooms are beautiful, but overall, we didn't particularly enjoy the hotel.

We loved the location with the tranquil river! The hotel, pools, and rooms haven't been perfectly maintained over time, but it didn't spoil our experience. The most disappointing thing was the à la carte restaurants! The buffet was better! We loved the on-site café! The staff were very friendly!

It was a great start, but then the locals arrived and the buffet quality and service declined. The beach is very small with not many chairs, but the lagoon at El Baso is beautiful. I would go back anytime.
