A very beautiful resort; this is our second time there. The food is always incredible, and the resort is very clean. The only slight inconvenience this time was the room, which seemed to have aged poorly compared to our last stay. The faucet was broken, as was the refrigerator (they had to replace it during our stay). The electricity in our room was cut off in the middle of the night (an electrical problem in our room), the sinks were starting to get moldy, there was a hole in the bottom of the toilet door—in short, several minor issues in the room. But otherwise, it was really great.

Très beau resort, c’est la deuxième fois que nous y allons. La nourriture est toujours incroyable et le resort très propre. Le seul petit désagrément cette fois a été la chambre qui semblait avoir mal vieillit par rapport à la dernière fois que nous y sommes allés. Le robinet était brisé, le réfrigérateur aussi (ils ont du le changer durant notre séjour). L’électricité de notre chambre uniquement a été coupé en pleine nuit (problème avec électrique dans notre chambre), les éviers qui commencent à moisir, un trou dans le bas de la porte de la toilette, bref plusieurs petits points faibles dans la chambre, mais sinon pour le reste c’était vraiment bien.

We had to change rooms due to humidity, insects, and dirt. Everything is slow. The entire check-in process took at least 2 to 3 hours. It can take 15 minutes at the bar. During my room change, an item was left behind in the old room and never found... Not the best experience and definitely not 5-star.

Overall, it's a great place to relax and have a vacation, whether for families or couples. There's an atmosphere for everyone. The only downside is the service and staff, especially in the rooms and at the buffet. They're not all professional and friendly, but it's still acceptable compared to my experience in Mexico. Anyway, it's very good, the food is good, there are pools and bars everywhere, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The beach is not recommended in the summer.

En général c'est tres bon comme endroit de détente et de vacances, que ce soit pour famille ou pour couple, y de l'ambiance pour tout le monde, la seule repproche c'est le service et le personnel surtout des chambres et du buffet, ils ne sont pas tous pro et sympa mais ca reste acceptable vue mon expérience au mexique si je compare, entk c tres bien, on mange bien, piscine et bar partout, ambiance magnifique.
La plage déconseillée en été.
