The Ocean Maya Royale is a 5-star all-inclusive resort located in Riviera Maya, in the heart of the Mexican Caribbean. This splendid bungalow-style hotel is situated directly on the beach, approximately 45 km from Cancun Airport and close to Playa del Carmen. The adults-only hotel offers elegantly renovated rooms equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. An upgrade to the Privilege category grants access to exclusive rooms and services. A spa (for a fee), a fitness center, and a scuba diving center are just some of the hotel's highlights.

My first experience at a truly incredible resort! This hotel is magnificent, and the experience is truly enhanced by the extraordinary staff! I understand why many return 5, 10, even 15 times. The lagoon, a 15-minute walk from the hotel, is beautiful and allowed us to enjoy the water despite the sargassum seaweed. The entertainment team is fantastic, the servers are very attentive, and the entire staff makes this a stay we'd love to repeat. A true paradise! A little tip: avoid the buffet coffee (the only average item we had) and head to Mike's Coffee. You won't regret it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and well-maintained. The resort is old but very well-kept. The beach was nice, although there was seaweed during our stay. We would definitely go back. As we spoke with the staff, going from November to March is ideal to avoid the seaweed.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It was impeccably clean, and the food was plentiful and delicious. We were looking for a small, adults-only resort, and the beach wasn't important to us (we only used it for walks). We definitely got our money's worth. I highly recommend this resort and wouldn't hesitate to return someday.

Nous recherchions un petit site pour adulte et la plage n'était pas importante pour nous (seulement pour prendre des marches). Vraiment, nous en avons eu pour notre argent.
