El Beso section: be aware that only the main building, with its pool, is reserved for adults. We only had the Blue Moon restaurant, which is for adults only. The rest of the resort is family-friendly. There were very few people on the beach: sargassum seaweed and aggressive vendors. The restaurants are delicious, and it's very easy to book using the app. The room was very clean, and we lacked nothing: water, coffee, beer, and soft drinks every day. Mikes Café is very good: good coffee and pastries. The staff isn't very friendly, and sometimes we felt like we were bothering them. In short, an interesting resort for those looking for good food.

Section el beso : attention car c' est seulement l'édifice, avec sa piscine, qui est réservé aux adultes. Nous avons que le restaurant Blue Moon. Qui est réservé aux adultes. Tout le reste du site est familial. Très peu de gens sont présents à la plage : sargasses et des vendeurs agressifs. Les restaurants sont délicieux et c' est très facile de réserver avec l'application. La chambre est très propre et nous manquons de rien: eau, café, bière,liqueur tous les jours. Le Mikes café est très intéressant : bon café et pâtisseries. Le personnel n' est pas souriant et parfois nous avons l'impression des déranger. Bref , site intéressant pour ceux qui cherchent la bonne bouffe.

An 18+ rating that isn't really one and is a tourist trap
Un 18 ans et plus qui en est pas vraiment un et piège a touriste

The 18+ section consists of just one building, a pool, and a bar—that's it. The moment you enter the lobby, there's a horde of employees trying to sell you services or the VIP club. The food is very good, although I did get food poisoning mid-week from a steak at an à la carte restaurant. However, I found it annoying to be turned away from several restaurants for wearing tank tops, but spaghetti strap dresses are fine. The place is clean, but if you have to get up early, bring a flashlight or some other light because the building isn't well-lit in the hallways. There aren't many activities either; they've clearly spent their entire staff budget on the lobby, lol. It's still a nice family hotel. However, for an all-inclusive resort, not everything is included. For example, the arcades are an extra charge, and many alcoholic drinks are also extra (a smaller selection is free, but many more are extra). At the pool, there are only lounge chairs and no upright chairs. Note: if you go on the "shopping tour," expect to be harassed even more than at the hotel, and if possible, pay ONLY in CASH. Our credit card was fraudulently charged on 5th Avenue. And the photos with the mascots aren't free either. It's more of a tourist trap than a shopping tour. 🤷🏼‍♀️

La seection 18 ans et plus contient qu'un batiment , une piscine et un bar , cest tout.
Du moment que tu entre au lobby , ya une orde d'employer qui veulent te vendre des service ou le club privilège. La nourriture est très bonne malgré le fait que jai eu une intoxication alimentaire en milieu de semaine avec le steak dun resto a la carte. Par contre , jai trouvé sa poche de se faire revirer de bord dans plusieurs resto parce qu'on porte des camisoles, mais les robes bretelles spaghetti ca passe.
Cest propre comme endroit , mais si vous devez vous levez tot , qpportez vous une lampe de poche ou une lumière car le batiment est pas éclairer dans les couloirs. ya pas beaucoup d'activités non plus , yon passé tout leur budget d'employé au lobby lolll.
Ca reste un bel hotel FAMILIAL. Par contre pour un tout inclus , ya pas tout d'inclus , comme les arcades qui sont payantes , beaucoup d'alcool sont payant aussi (plus petite variété gratuite et beaucoup de choix payant). A la piscine il ny a que des chaise longues et aucune chaise droite.

N.B. si vous allez faire le "shopping tour" veuillez vous attendre a vous faire harcelé plus encore qu'à l'hotel et si possible payer SEULEMENT EN ARGENT , nous on c fait fraudé notre carte de crédit sur la 5e avenue. Et les photos avec les mascottes ne sont pas gratuite non plus. C plus un piège a touriste qu'un shopping tour 🤷🏼‍♀️

There's no A/C in the restaurants. Forget the beach. The 4-wheeler for collecting sergas is too noisy. Very welcoming staff. Shows except for the light show are dull. There are many activities going on at the same time in the evening for everyone. The punctuality of the staff needs to be reviewed. The employees at Mikes Cafe make good products, but are very inefficient.

Il manque d'A/C dans les restos. Oublié la plage. Le 4 roues pour ramasser le sergas fait trop de bruit.
