Ocean Sky Hotel And Resort

Ocean Sky Resort is located, it is a three-star, not a 4 star. The room was clean and the hotel is very decent for the price. The trip was great. Positive: Good location, great access to the beach, the pool was warm, the spa too. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided a crib for the baby, a little old, but it did work. The hotel is very quiet during our trip the guests were rather people in retirement, so we have not had any problems with noise. There is a grocery store and pharmacy where you can go on foot, but you need a car to go shopping. Negative: The bathroom was a bit arbitrary.

L'Ocean Sky Resort est bien situé, il s'agit d'un trois étoiles et non d'un 4 étoiles. La chambre était propre et l'hôtel est très correct pour le prix. Le voyage était très bien. Positif : Bien situé, bel accès directement à la plage, la piscine était chaude, le spa aussi. La chambre était propre et confortable. L'hôtel nous a fourni une bassinette pour le bébé, un peu vieille, mais qui faisait le travail. L'hôtel est très calme, lors de notre voyage la clientèle était plutôt des gens à la retraite, alors nous n'avons pas eu de problème de bruit. Il y a une épicerie et des pharmacies où l'on peut se rendre à pied, mais il faut une voiture pour aller magasiner. Négatif : La salle de bain était un peu quelconque.

Positive: we were very surprised at the ramada hotel and it was very nice we had a small studio and renovated the 333 staff who was married room was super nice for lunch the morning everything is fine except that it costs dearly if it want to eat eggs. To the beach it was beautiful and warm and it is directly on the boarwork then it's great for parking we took the garage which is very safe and the price is 90.00 for one week. Concerning the self we had a new toyota and we paid for just 73.00 plus taxes and testing always sell you insurance but our ass. quebec united states to cover so no need if it was a start we would go back tomorrow .. especially a 625 hotel and airline self what could be better Negative: persons returning to their room in the night very loud in the corridor to the same room and everything ca hours of the night then PICK UP a room at the end of courridor away from the elevator bye bye

Positif : nous avons été très surpris par l`hotel le ramada et ce fut très agréable nous avions un petit studio renové le 333 et le personnel de chambre qui était marie était super gentille pour le déjeuner le matin tout est bien sauf que ca coute cher si on veux manger des oeufs. Pour la plage elle était très belle et chaude et on est directement sur le boarwork alors c`est super pour le stationnement on a pris le garage qui est très sécuritaire et le prix est de 90.00 pour une semaine. Concernant l`auto on avait une toyota neuve et on a payé juste pour les taxes en plus 73.00 et il essais toujours de vous vendre l`assurance mais notre ass. au quebec couvre pour les états uni alors pas besoin si c`etait a recommencer on y retournerais demain surtout a 625.. avion hotel et auto quoi demander de mieux Négatif : les personnes qui retournent a leur chambre dans le nuit parle très fort dans le corridor qui meme au chambre et ca a tout heure de la nuit alors prener une chambre au bout du courridor loin de l`ascenseur bye bye

Positive: I did not rate the following items, not having used them: a la carte restaurant, bars, activities, excursions and tours. Considering the value for money, we are very satisfied with the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort. We had a renovated medium studio. Very good size for two people. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots. No skillets, oven mitts or baking sheets. We were provided with a skillet upon request, but the Tefal was all scratched. Courteous, helpful and available staff. Enough choices at the buffet. Our request for a smoking room with an ocean view was granted. Very appreciated. Negative: Seaweed is not collected on the beach. The cost of valet parking is high, especially since it is normal to tip on the way there and back. I would have appreciated being informed in advance that the $55/week. for car insurance (Nolitour brochure) had to be paid before departure to benefit from this rate. I had to pay $572 for two weeks. Very unpleasant surprise.

Considérant le rapport qualité/prix, nous sommes très satisfaits du Ramada Plaza Beach Resort. Nous avions un studio moyen rénové. Très bonne grandeur pour deux personnes. Cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle, verres, chaudrons. Pas de poêlons, mitaines de four ou tôles . On nous a fourni un poêlon sur demande, mais le Tefal était tout égratigné. Personnel courtois, aidant et disponible. Assez de choix au buffet. On a répondu à notre demande d`une chambre fumeur avec vue sur la mer. Très apprécié. Négatif : Les algues ne sont pas ramassées sur la plage. Le coût du stationnement avec valet est élevé, d`autant plus qu`il est normal que l`on donne un pourboire à l`aller et au retour. J`aurais apprécié être informée à l`avance que le 55$/sem. pour les assurances d`auto (brochure Nolitour) devait être payé avant le départ pour bénéficier de ce tarif. J`ai dû payer 572$ pour deux sem. Très mauvaise surprise.

Positive: We went there for a week with family. The Hotel is well situated, it is exactly in Hollywood Beach, easy travel to go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. There is a boardwalk with restaurants, shops, evening entertainment sometimes. We could ride a bike and take long walks. Room still clean, very functional kitchen, bathroom adequate, free safe, large wardrobe. Staff polite and courteous, gave us good advice when we asked. Beach a few steps from the Hotel, very nice and very clean during our stay. It's not fancy but it worked. We had a nice stay and would return without hesitation. Negative: No balcony in the rooms. In the bathroom, the bath water and sink drain away very easily. The buffet lacked variety. Hotel parking fee ($ 15 / day or $ 80 / week, U.S.).

Positif : Nous sommes allés à cet endroit pendant une semaine, en famille. L`Hôtel est quand même bien situé, il est à Hollywood Beach exactement, déplacements faciles pour aller à Miami ou Fort Lauderdale. Il y a un boardwalk avec restos, boutiques, spectacles le soir parfois. Nous pouvions faire de la bicyclette et prendre de longues marches. Chambre quand même propre, cuisinette très fonctionnelle, salle de bain adéquate, coffre-fort gratuit, très grand garde-robe. Personnel poli et courtois, nous donnait de bons conseils quand nous le demandions. Plage à quelques pas de l`Hôtel, très belle et très propre lors de notre séjour. Ce n`est pas le grand luxe mais ça nous convenait. Nous avons passé un beau séjour et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Négatif : Pas de balcon dans les chambres. Dans la salle de bain, l`eau du bain et du lavabo s`évacuait très difficilement. Le buffet manquait de variété. Stationnement de l`Hôtel payant (15$/jour ou 80$/semaine, U.S.).
