I paid more for a week in an adults-only hotel at the Oh! Cancun Urban Oasis. And to my surprise when I arrived I realized that this hotel and the Smart Cancun by Oasis share common areas (the pool and the restaurant). The adult area has 5 baths that are always full. The cleaning service is not always the same, one day she left us water, another day not, the towel service is incomplete. The breakfast buffet consists of eggs, beans and fruit, (very simple). Very bad internet. Very poor quality drinks. At the reception they never answer, so you call and they hang up on you. They do not follow up on your comments. In some rooms during my stay, there was no hot water, the water in the sink had a bad smell, the rooms, pillows and sheets smelled musty. J'ai payé plus pour une semaine dans un hôtel réservé aux adultes à l'hôtel Oh ! Cancún L'Oasis Urbaine.
et à ma grande surprise en arrivant je me suis rendue compte que cet hôtel et l'hotel Smart Cancun by Oasis partagent des espaces communs (la piscine et le restaurant).

La zone adulte dispose de 5 bains toujours pleines.

Le service de la femme de ménage n'est pas toujours le même, un jour elle nous a laissé de l'eau, un autre jour non, le service de serviettes incomplet.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet se compose d'œufs, de haricots et de fruits, (tres simple).

Internet très mauvais.

Boissons de très mauvaise qualité.

A l'accueil ils ne répondent jamais, alors tu téléphone et ils raccrochent au nez. Ils ne donnent pas suite à vos commentaires.

Dans certaines chambres pendant mon séjour, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, l'eau du lavabo avait une mauvaise odeur, les chambres , les oreillers et les draps sentaient le moisi.

L'emplacement est très bon si vous voulez faire des activités dans le centre-ville.
