Relaxing and welcoming
Relaxant et accueillant
Wonderful stay with friends! We needed to relax, and that's exactly what we did! The staff were welcoming, always ready to help, and always smiling! The room was lovely, clean, and smelled wonderful! Housekeeping was every two days, the place was spotless, and there were plenty of staff maintaining the grounds. It's a small, friendly resort (around 160 rooms), the buffet wasn't huge, but the food was very good. The sea is magnificent, with lots of waves and plenty of sun loungers, even though people reserve them early. We always managed to find some, except at the pool. The sunrise was magnificent. There was no organized daytime or evening entertainment, just music from a radio station by the pool in the afternoon. We had a fantastic stay; the cocktails were good, and the people were so friendly! I highly recommend it to anyone needing a break and looking for turquoise waters without too much seaweed! Magnificent! 🌴 I'll definitely be back! ☀️

Belle chambre propre qui sent bon! Ménage aux 2 jours, l’endroit est propre, beaucoup d’employés qui entretiennent le site. Petit resort (environ 160 chambres) sympathique, buffet pas très gros mais on y mange très bien.
La mer est magnifique, beaucoup de vagues, beaucoup de chaises même si les gens vont les réserver tôt.. Nous en trouvions tjr sauf à la piscine. Magnifique levé de soleil.
Pas d’animation le jour ni en soirée. Musique d’une radio à la piscine en après-midi.
Nous avons eu un super séjour, les cocktails sont bons et les gens bien souriants!
Je suggère à ceux qui ont besoin de repos et qui cherche une mer turquoise sans trop d’algues!

Aucun divertissement, piscine difficile d'entre,
Lacking in entertainment value, nothing to do
Manque divertissant, rien a faire ,aucune table avec chaise pour prendre un verre exterieur en fin de journée,piscine est pas accessible au gens avec difficulté. Étions groupe de 4 et plus jamais.

For us, we expected more for a 4.5*. No hot water all week in the shower, it seems to be generalized. Decent but redundant buffet. A la carte restaurant a big Wow. Excellent service, dedicated and welcoming staff. Beach and location great but seaweed season so sometimes impossible to swim. It is easy to get to Cancun with the city bus for $1. Very little entertainment except a little during the day at the pool. For us, it was ok, quiet and small but we will not return.
Pour nous, on s’attendait à plus pour un 4,5*.
More... Less...Aucune eau chaude toute la semaine dans la douche, il semble que ce soit généralisé. buffet correct mais redondant. Resto à la carte un gros Wow. Service excellent, personnel dévoué et accueillant. Plage et emplacement super mais période des algues alors parfois impossible de se baigner. il est facile de se rendre à Cancun avec le bus de ville à 1$. Très peu d’animation sinon un peu le jour à la piscine. Pour nous, c’était correct tranquille et petit mais nous n’y retournerons pas.
