Pleasant stay, clean hotel, buffet with plenty of choice, good food, activities for young people during the day and evening. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Beautiful beach but strong waves; we only swam two out of seven days. Superb, large pool with a waterfall. The only negative point is that the room has a shared door with the neighbors, so you can hear everything, but if your neighbors aren't noisy, it's fine.

Séjour agréable, hôtel propre, buffet avec beaucoup des choix, bonne nourriture, activités pour les jeunes pendant la journée et le soir. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Personnel aimable. Belle plage mais vagues fortes, on s’est baigné 2 jours sur 7. Superbe piscine, grande avec chute. Seul commentaire négatif, la chambre a une porte commune avec les voisins et on entend tout, mais si voisins pas bruyants c’est ok.

The staff is always smiling, the à la carte restaurants are great, you can even have lunch there and even go to the same restaurant more than once during your stay. The hotel is very clean throughout. I would definitely go back. The only negative point was when we requested transportation back to the airport (since we had to arrange this service ourselves), we were charged US$20 per person, which is completely unusual. We had never had to pay for such a service before. I spoke with the person in charge of this service for almost half an hour without any resolution. So we ended up having to pay US$40.

Le personnel est toujours souriant, les restaurants à la carte sont super on peut même prendre le déjeuner dans ces restaurants et même y aller plus d'une fois dans un même restaurant durant notre séjour. La propreté est vraiment bien partout dans l'hôtel. J'y retournerais sans problème. Le seul point négatif c'est lorsque l'on A demander un transport pour le retour à l'aéroport (car c'est nous qui devons faire les démarches pour avoir ce service)on nous a réclamer 20$ US par personne chose complètement inusité. Jamais nous n'avions eu à débourser pour un tel service. J'ai discuté près d'une demi-heure avec la personne responsable de ce service sans aucun résultat. Alors nous avons dû payer 40$ US

The venue is large but spread over several floors. When there's a show in the lobby bar, it fills up quickly. And sometimes there aren't enough seats, but overall it's fine.
