Super nice place, the cleanliness and the variety of meals was excellent. The hotel was half taken for the Survivor team so leaves less room for tourists, we were a group of 12 people so we had the feeling of being almost alone, so no worries about having chairs at the beach or at the pool even on the weekend when there are a lot of locos. The buffet was very good at all meals in the group several very difficult on the food and nothing to complain about very satisfied. The beach is long to walk but the sea is brown at the edge (we can't see in the background) because of the heavy rain they had in the last year but it is swimmable, we swam every day. Bar service with Théo (who is very funny and friendly) is great but there would be room for improvement, they have a beautiful unexploited lobby they should put a coffee bar because in the morning before 7 am no coffee and during the day either except at the buffet. The entertainment teams are also good, they make a big effort to do games and entertainment, but given the lack of tourism, it is not very easy for them. On the other hand, Denis and Patrick are very friendly, who also speak French, so if you have any questions about life at Ceiba, go see them. They are really very nice and funny. There is also another guy with them, he dances all the time, he is funny too, but he does not speak French. The guys are always very present and cheerful. We really appreciated the fact that Sunwing was waiting for us at the airport with our bracelets and room keys, so no waiting at the hotel reception and above all, we could enjoy it as soon as we set foot in the hotel. Positive: Buffet, entertainment, swimming pool, room key given at the airport. Negative: No coffee early in the morning.

Super belle place ,la propreté et la variété des repas était excellent. L’hôtel était a moitié pris pour l'équipe de Survivor donc laisse moins de place pour les tourismes , nous on était un groupe de 12 personnes alors on avait le sentiment d'être presque seul, donc aucune inquiétude a avoir des chaises soi a la plage ou a la piscine même le fin de semaine ou il y a beaucoup de locos . Le buffet était très bon a tous les repas dans le groupe plusieurs de très difficile sur la bouffe et rien a redire bien satisfait.La plage est longue pour marché mais la mer est brune au bord (on ne vois pas dans le fond) a cause des forte pluie qu'ils ont eu dans la dernière année mais elle est baignable , nous on s'est baigné a tous les jours.Service de bar avec Théo( qui est très drôle et sympathique) est super mais il y aurait place a amélioration , ils ont un beau lobby inexploité ils devraient mettre un bar café car le matin avant 7 hrs aucun café et au cours de la journée non plus sauf au buffet . L'équipes d'animation son bien aussi il font de très grosse efforts pour faire des jeux et de l'animation mais étant donné le peu de tourisme se n'est pas très facile pour eux par contre très sympathique Denis et Patrick qui en plus parle français donc si vous avez des questions sur la vie au Ceiba allez les voir ils sont vraiment très gentil et drôle il y a aussi un autre gars avec eux lui il danse tout le temps il est drôle aussi mais lui ne parle pas français , les gars son toujours très présent et enjoué .
On a beaucoup apprécié le fait que Sunwing nous attendait a l'aéroport avec déjà nos bracelets et nos clés de chambre donc pas d'attente a la réception de l'hôtel et surtout pouvoir en profité des qu'on a mis les pieds a l'hôtel. Positif : Buffet,animation,piscine,clé de chambre remis a l'aéroport Négatif : pas de café de bon heure le matin

We had an excellent trip. 32C and cloudless hot sun and no rain ... extraordinary! The water, the sea and the pool is warm. Staff very attentive. Security never very present and we felt in danger on the site or on the excursion. (Termals bathroom) We ate very well, although less choice than in other destinations.Tout is close (10 to 40 min from the hotel). Very happy with this trip to Honduras! Positive: Site very clean, all meals in the open air and on the sea. The staff is very dedicated. Everything is nearby (room, pool, lobby and the sea ... You can walk very long at the beach. Chairs, palapas ... no need to book. Our "check in" was made at the airport, no waiting. What my effective work Eduardo Sunwing! Negative: The sea is very rough and mixes water and sand. Nous avons fait un excellent voyage. 32C et soleil de plomb sans nuage et sans pluie...extraordinaire! L'eau, de la mer et de la piscine, est chaude.
Personnel très attentionné. Sécurité très présente et jamais nous nous sommes sentis en danger sur le site ou lors de l'excursion.(bains termals)
Nous avons très bien mangé, malgré moins de choix que dans d'autres destinations.Tout est à proximité (10 à 40 min de l'hôtel). Très heureux de ce voyage au Honduras! Positif : Site très propre, tous les repas sont au grand air et sur le bord de la mer. Le personnel est très dévoué. Tout est à proximité (chambre, piscine,hall d'entrée et la mer...On peux marcher très longuement à la plage. Des chaises, des palapas...pas besoin de réserver. Notre "check in" s'est fait à l'aéroport, aucune attente. Quel travail efficace mon Edouardo de Sunwing! Négatif : La mer est très agitée et mêle l'eau et le sable. Il n'y a pas de petit bar dans les chambres, ni de long miroir, l'eau chaude à la douche occasionnelle.Les matelas des lits sont très confortables, mais l'encastré en bois du matelas nous coupe les jambes au lever...Au buffet, le bacon est sur demande et on nous fait un drôle d'air lorsqu'on en demande...2 restaurants à la carte, c'est peu. Coffret de sûreté à clé et non fixé au mur...nous a inquiété le 1er jour. La prise d'empreinte digitale à l'aéroport...jamais vu ça ailleurs!(25e voyage) et la taxe de sortie 45.92$ch devrait être comprise à l'achat des voyages...

Hôtel très ordinaire, dans une région plutôt dangereuse. Positif : Propreté, bons restos à la carte, bien situé, belle plage. Négatif : Buffet limité et très répétitif. Animation médiocre ou même absente, surtout le soir. On entend des coups de feu presque tous les soirs pas très loin de l'hôtel.
