Beware of this hotel. The ONLY restaurant on site charges an extra fee. It's a terrible, poorly maintained buffet set up on wooden tables with makeshift hot plates. I skipped dinner twice during the week because there was nothing edible on the buffet, and when one dish was finished, they didn't bring out any more. It was barely hygienic.

Méfiez-vous de cet hôtel. Le SEUL restaurant sur place est payable. Il y a seulement un piètre buffet horrible installé sur des tables de bois avec des réchaud temporaires. J’ai opté pour ne pas souper 2 fois pendant la semaine parcequ’il n’y avait rien de potable sur le buffet et lorsqu’un plat est terminé, ils n’en sortent pas d’autres. C’était à peine salubre.

Beautiful place in Roatan. Beautiful beach and beautiful sunset. However, the ONLY restaurant is their buffet which is very unpleasant and not good at all. It is very disappointing to have purchased an ALL INCLUSIVE when the only restaurant is the seagull (buffet) while there is another restaurant on site but we had to pay $$$$. The ALL INCLUSIVE is very misleading in your description of the restaurant. Beautiful vacation but terrible food. I will not return for sure. I have purchased several trips with Voyages-à-rabais and this one leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. Your "Room Service" exists but it takes $$$$$$$. All inclusive, my eye. Thank you.

Bel endroit de Roatan. Belle plage et beau coucher du soleil. Cependant le SEUL restaurant est leur buffet qui est très désagréable et pas bon du tout. C'est très décevant d'avoir acheté un TOUT INCLUS quand le seul resto est la mouette (buffet) alors qu'il y a un autre resto sur place mais que l'on devait payer $$$$. Le TOUT INCLUS est très trompeur dans votre description de resto. Belle vacance mais bouffe exécrable. Ni retournera pas c'est sûr. J'ai acheté plusieurs voyages avec Voyages-à-rabais et celui-ci me laisse un goût très amer. Votre "Room Service" existe mais faut $$$$$$$. Tout inclu mon oeil. Merci.

Positive points: - lots of shade thanks to the trees in the garden. - Good varied buffet - very clean - very pleasant staff - Good snorkeling just to the left of the hotel Negative points: - no fruit available for lunch and dinner - no activities on site: longuet when it rains for a whole week - a lot of tourists on the beach and in the water because of the many cruise ships: makes swimming dangerous because lots of small motorboats travel very quickly to bring tourists.

- Bon buffet varié
- tres propre
- personnel très agréable
- Bon snorkeling juste à gauche de l’hotel
Points négatifs:
- aucun fruit disponible aux repas du midi et du soir
- aucune activité sur le site: longuet quand il pleut une semaine entière
- énormément de touristes sur la plage et dans l’eau car nombreux bateaux de croisière: rend la baignade dangereuse car plein de petits bateaux à moteur circulent très vite pour amener les touristes.
