Overall was good for a 5* hotel in Cancun. I was expecting more on the restaurant food quality and totally disappointed that the steakhouse was not included in this “all inclusive hotel”. Not to mention that outsiders can reserve the restaurants and this affects the spot availability to the in house guests willing to eat. I would give a 9 for the quality of the amenities and wifi connection.

Very clean hotel, smiling and helpful staff, the beach is magnificent and largely free of rocks and seaweed, the water is however quite rough, lots of waves which is good and fun for children around 8 years old and over, otherwise a little too strong for the little ones.

Hôtel très propre, personnel souriant et serviable, la plage est magnifique et sans roche et algues en grande partie, l’eau est par contre assez agitée, beaucoup de vague ce qui est bien et amusant pour les enfants autour de 8 ans et plus, sinon un peu trop fort pour les tout petits.

Overall I had a very pleasant week as a couple, very good food, beautiful beach with impressive blues, wide and clean, very polite and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful in terms of architecture, the vegetation inside the hotel is very pretty suggesting a fresh and organic environment. Negative points: The room needs to be completely renovated, it is old, there is no shower but a small bathtub with a curtain, the water stagnated when we bathed. We were never able to use the jacuzzi which was on the balcony because it looked finished, very old, worn and dirty. Few entertainment activities.

Dans l'ensemble j'ai passé une semaine très agréable en couple, très bonne nourriture, belle plage avec des bleus impressionnants, large et propre, personnel très poli et sympathique. L'hôtel est magnifique en terme d'architecture, la végétation à l'intérieur de l'hôtel est très jolie suggérant un environnement frais et organique. Points négatifs : La chambre est à rénover entièrement, elle est vieille, il n'y a pas de douche mais une petite baignoire avec un rideau, l'eau stagnait quand on se baignait. Nous n'avons jamais pu utiliser le jacuzzi qui se trouvait sur le balcon car il avait l'air fini, très vieux, usé et sale. Peu d'activités de divertissement.
