Wonderful family vacation
Belle vacances en famille

Positive points: excellent food, very large Master suites, beautiful beach, great water games and slides for children. Negative points: no towels upon arrival in our room, we had requested to be in the same block but couldn't be changed, inconsistent standards of amenities in the rooms (bathrobes, drinks in the fridge). The staff wasn't very friendly even after tipping them, but this seems to be pretty much the same elsewhere in the Dominican Republic. Overall, a very nice family experience, we recommend it!

Points positifs: nourriture excellente, suites Master très grandes, belle plage, jeux d’eau et glissades pour les enfants supers. Points négatifs: pas de serviettes à notre arrivée à la chambre, avions demandé d’être dans le même bloc et pas pu être changé, standards des fournitures dans les chambres différents d’une chambre à l’autre (robes de chambre, breuvages dans le frigo). Personnel pas trop souriant même en leur donnant du pourboire mais cela semble être pas mal pareil ailleurs en Republique. Mais dans l’ensemble très belle expérience en famille, nous recommandons !

A wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very spacious, with daily housekeeping, a well-designed water park for children, and very spacious and clean swimming pools. The only thing I liked less was the beds. They weren't what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I was expecting something more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect and went very well for me, my partner, and our three children.

Des chambre très spacieuse un service de nettoyage chaque jour un parc aquatique bien fait pour les enfants des piscines très spacieuse et très propres. La seule chose que j'ai moins aimé c'est les lits. Ils étaient pas dignes d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je m'attendais a quelque chose de plus confortable. Si non tout était parfait et bien passé pour moi mon conjoint et nos trois enfants.

Bel hôtel familial

Very large hotel with several buildings. There is always space on the beach and the children's water park. Very good food at the buffet. Excellent Korean fusion restaurant and steakhouse. Very friendly and attentive staff with children. Good hotel for a family stay. There is a small bus to take to get to the beach (2 min) or a walk of about 15 minutes.
