A wonderful week with family and concierge service!

With the concierge service, we were truly pampered (additional restaurants, a private pool, a fantastic excursion, and several gifts for the children). Without this service, however, I think we would have been disappointed (the public pool is less pleasant, and during our stay, there was a lot of algae; therefore, the quality of the pools was important).

Everything was perfect except for the beach. I wish the travel agency had informed us about the beach conditions; we would have chosen a different destination. Our young children dreamed of playing in the sand, but there were tons and tons of decomposing sargassum seaweed, the smell was unbearable, not to mention the millions of tiny mosquitoes.

Everything was perfect, except for the beach which has a lot of rocks at the bottom. We spent a large part of our holiday on the pirate ship, which is a must for children! The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

A very beautiful resort, built in 2011 and still very modern, with mature vegetation. Ideal for a young family. Excellent restaurants, very clean rooms and hotel, good service. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach for the first half of the week (the only downside), but the beach was cleaned and was great afterwards. In fact, the hotel recently installed a kind of barrier further out from the bay to better control the seaweed.

Très beau resort, construction 2011 encore au goût du jour, végétation mature. Idéal pour une jeune famille. Très bons restaurants, chambres et hôtel très propres, bon service. Il y avait beaucoup d’algues la première moitié de la semaine à la plage (seul point faible), par contre la plage a été nettoyée et elle était super par la suite. D’ailleurs, une genre de barrière a été installée au loin de la baie afin de mieux contrôler les algues très récemment par l’hôtel.
