The two small things I didn't appreciate were: people can smoke everywhere! and the staff don't speak English, only Spanish, but they are very kind, helpful, and courteous.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. We were shown to our room quickly. It smelled lovely and was very clean. There was a great variety of fruits and vegetables at the buffet. The service was also very good. There was always red and white wine available. It was very clean and cleaned quickly. We had to search a bit to get to the beach. Water shoes are absolutely necessary to enter the water at the beach... if you walk a little further, about 800 meters, there is very nice soft sand and you no longer need water shoes. The pools are very nice and clean, but the water was very cold. There were activities at the pool every afternoon. Good service at the snack bar and all the bars, especially at the pool bar with Danielys. Thank you to Raoul, our housekeeper. It was a very nice trip despite the chaotic situation of the oil shortage. Cubans don't speak openly about their country's problems.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis des notre arrivée. Rapidement nous avons eu accès à notre chambre. Ça sentait bon et c'était très propre. Très belle variété de fruits et de,légumes au buffet. Très bon service aussi. Il y avait toujours du vin rouge et blanc. C'était très propre et rapidement nettoyé. Avons dû chercher un peu pour nous rendre à la plage. Les souliers d'eau sont absolument nécessaires à la plage pour entrer dans l'eau....si vous marchez un peu plus loin, environ 800mt, très beau sable doux et plus besoin de souliers d'eau. Les piscines sont très belles et propres mais l'eau était très froide. Il y avait des activités à la piscine à tous les après-midis. Bon service au casse-croûte et à tous les bars, spécialement à celui de la piscine avec Danielys. Merci à Raoul notre homme de chambre. Ce fut un très beau voyage malgré la situation chaotique du manque de pétrole. Les cubains ne parlent pas ouvertement des problèmes de leur pays.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.
Nous avons vraiment profiter de notre séjour dans ce magnifique endroit.
The place is beautiful and very pleasant. The beaches are splendid. Almost all the staff are very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the service in ALL the bars, whether in the lobby, at the snack bar, or on the beach. I don't know why, but the bar staff are unpleasant; they're not friendly, they seem annoyed, and they don't even smile. As for the rooms, it would be important to repair the balcony doors, as cold air and outside noise leak in at night.
L'endroit est magnifique et très agréable. Les plages sont splendides. Presque tout le personnel est très sympathique.
More... Less...La seule chose qui ne nous a pas plu, c'est le service dans TOUS les bars, que ce soit dans le hall, au snack-bar ou sur la plage.
Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais le personnel des bars est désagréable ; sont pas gentils, ils ont l'air agacés et ne sourient même pas.
Quant aux chambres, il serait important de réparer les portes-fenêtres des balcons, car l'air froid et les bruits extérieurs s'infiltrent la nuit.
