Nexus's service for excursions was very poor.

We had booked a catamaran excursion with Nexus. Upon arrival at the catamaran, booked through Booker, there was no seating and not enough safety belts for everyone. For our safety, we decided to leave the catamaran. No refund was possible. Also at the hotel, there was food and plates lying around in the corridors and we had to pick them up up to 12 hours later.
