We had a great stay with the children. The site is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is very good. Lots of activities for children!

The hotel is well-suited for families, especially with the Lasy River, which is particularly appreciated during the summer heat. The staff is courteous. There are good restaurants. In short, for this relatively low price, it's good quality. P.S. - Despite frequent beach cleaning, seaweed is still visible in Playa Mujeres.

A very nice family hotel. The beach had very little sargassum seaweed during our stay from July 8th to 15th, 2026. We ate very well, both at the buffet and the à la carte restaurant. There were no problems with our reservation. The room was lovely and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic. The only downside was that we booked our Air Canada Vacations. The Air Canada representative at the hotel was a complete failure. This is the last time I will book with Air Canada Vacations. The round-trip flight itself was fine.

Seul bémol,nous avons décider de prendre vacances Air Canada. Le représentant de Air Canada a l’hôtel.Un gros zéro.Cest la dernière fois que je réserve avec vacances Air Canada.Nois avons attendu 8h30 minutes à l’aéroport avant le décollage.Le décollage a été retarder de 5 h .Jusque là ,ça peu arriver mais aucune accommodation,il nous ont envoyer à l’aéroport à 9 h le matin et le vol était à 18h le soir.
