A very nice family hotel. The beach had very little sargassum seaweed during our stay from July 8th to 15th, 2026. We ate very well, both at the buffet and the à la carte restaurant. There were no problems with our reservation. The room was lovely and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic. The only downside was that we booked our Air Canada Vacations. The Air Canada representative at the hotel was a complete failure. This is the last time I will book with Air Canada Vacations. The round-trip flight itself was fine.

Seul bémol,nous avons décider de prendre vacances Air Canada. Le représentant de Air Canada a l’hôtel.Un gros zéro.Cest la dernière fois que je réserve avec vacances Air Canada.Nois avons attendu 8h30 minutes à l’aéroport avant le décollage.Le décollage a été retarder de 5 h .Jusque là ,ça peu arriver mais aucune accommodation,il nous ont envoyer à l’aéroport à 9 h le matin et le vol était à 18h le soir.

We just returned from a stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun and we have nothing but praise for this hotel. This trip was very special for our family as we arrived on our daughter's birthday. It had been her dream destination for several years, and the hotel helped make this experience absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and attentive welcome. The birthday gift given to our daughter was a thoughtful gesture that touched her deeply. But what impressed us most was undoubtedly the quality of the service. In all honesty, we have visited many all-inclusive resorts over the years and have never received such exceptional service. Every request was handled in just a few minutes. Whether it was for extra towels, a dehumidifier, or anything else, everything was promptly addressed. Furthermore, we received follow-up calls to ensure we had received what we needed and to check that everything was alright. Every single staff member, without exception, was extraordinary: smiling, kind, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the entertainment team who helped create an incredible atmosphere, especially Layla, whose energy and kindness made our stay truly memorable. The restaurants were excellent, and the service from the waiters was simply outstanding. Every meal was a delightful experience. Before our departure, I had read some negative reviews, and honestly, after our experience, they hardly seem representative of what we had. Our stay was practically flawless and far exceeded our expectations. We recommend this hotel without hesitation. In fact, after hearing about our experience, members of our family are already considering booking their next vacation there. Thank you to Planet Hollywood Cancun for creating memories that our family will cherish for a lifetime. We will definitely be back!

Nous revenons tout juste d’un séjour au Planet Hollywood Cancun et nous n’avons que de bons mots pour cet hôtel.

Ce voyage était très spécial pour notre famille puisque nous sommes arrivés le jour d’anniversaire de notre fille. C’était sa destination de rêve depuis plusieurs années et l’hôtel a contribué à rendre cette expérience absolument magique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Le cadeau offert à notre fille pour son anniversaire a été une délicate attention qui l’a énormément touchée.

Mais ce qui nous a le plus impressionnés, c’est sans aucun doute la qualité du service. En toute honnêteté, nous avons visité plusieurs tout-inclus au fil des années et nous n’avons jamais reçu un service aussi exceptionnel. Chaque demande était traitée en quelques minutes seulement. Que ce soit pour des serviettes supplémentaires, un déshumidificateur ou toute autre demande, tout arrivait rapidement. De plus, nous recevions des appels de suivi pour s’assurer que nous avions bien reçu ce dont nous avions besoin et pour vérifier si tout allait bien.

Tout le personnel, sans exception, a été extraordinaire : souriant, gentil, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Un merci particulier aux animateurs qui ont contribué à créer une ambiance incroyable, notamment Layla qui a marqué notre séjour par son énergie et sa gentillesse.

Les restaurants étaient excellents et le service offert par les serveurs était tout simplement remarquable. Chaque repas a été une expérience agréable.

Avant notre départ, j’avais lu certains commentaires négatifs et, honnêtement, après avoir vécu cette expérience, ils me semblent difficilement représentatifs de ce que nous avons vécu. Notre séjour a été pratiquement sans faute et a largement dépassé nos attentes.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. D’ailleurs, après avoir entendu parler de notre expérience, des membres de notre famille envisagent déjà d’y réserver leurs prochaines vacances.

Merci au Planet Hollywood Cancun d’avoir créé des souvenirs que notre famille conservera toute sa vie. Nous reviendrons assurément

Never mind if you go in May or in the better season, all the services have to be the same , not because it is May , you do not have all the meals , the activities and a good service ! Be care about the humidity in the rooms and to clean them ! The price is so expensive , you have to offer a better service or a better price
