Everything was wow from arrival to departure, the staff is helpful and cheerful, really nothing to complain about. I've stayed at other hotels in Vegas but I will definitely return to Planet Hollywood, see you soon 👋

What really disappointed me about the hotel was the fact that in one week they cleaned the room twice, which is unthinkable when there are 3 of us. We had to run around for Kleenex towels, etc. Not normal for the price paid per night.
Ce qui m'a vraiment déçu de l'hôtel est le fait qu'en une semaine ils ont fait le ménage de la chambre 2 fois inconcevable quand nous sommes 3. Nous devions courir pour serviettes Kleenex etc. Pas normal pour le prix payé par nuit.

Nice week, very well located hotel but very expensive drinks at the pool, $46 us, and no one came to clean the room for 5 days, no sheets or towels, and even if discount travel writes that hotel fees are included in the package, we were still charged $250 us and discount travel does not want to refund, it breaks the trust a little.
Belle semaine, hôtel très bien situé mais boisson à la piscine très dispendieux, 46$ us, et personne est venu faire la chambre pendant 5 jours ni draps ni serviette, et mème si voyage à rabais écrivent que les frais d'hôtels sont inclus ds le forfait on nous a tout de mème chargé 250$ us et voyage à rabais veulent pas rembourser, ça brise un peu la confiance.

Pros: Right in the middle of the strip. Very nice and clean room. Good housekeeping service. Cons: Check-in terminal is not easy and you have to ask for help (front desk only one employee). Hotel fee of $52 US per day to be paid on site (we were not aware of this)
Les plus: en plein milieu de la strip. Chambre très bien et propre. Bon service de ménage.
