We stayed at the Platinum Yucatan Princess Hotel! The rooms are dirty, everything is dilapidated; it's not a 5-star hotel, I'd give it three stars. The buffet isn't good, the restaurants are mediocre, and the atmosphere is nonexistent. Swimming on the beach is impossible; seaweed has invaded the entire beach. It's small and, on top of that, there are many rocks, making it impossible to swim. You have to go to the other side of the Princesses complex to eat at the buffet and other restaurants. We wanted peace and quiet with just adults, but we ended up with lots of children since you have to go to the Riviera Princesse side. We asked for a room change and were upgraded, but even so, when you look at the corners and the shower area, there's mold. The sheets are clean and the mattresses are fine, but everything else is dilapidated. I will never return to this hotel 😮‍💨

Les chambres sont sales tout est délabré ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles je donnerai un trois étoiles. le buffet n'est pas bon les restaurants moyens. l'ambiance 0. la plage impossible de nager les algues ont envahi toute la plage elle est petite et en plus beaucoup de roches impossible d'accéder pour nager .il faudrait partir de l'autre côté du princesses pour manger au buffet et les autres restaurants .Nous voulions avoir de la tranquillité juste avec des adultes on s'est retrouvé avec plein d'enfants puisqu'il faut partir du côté Riviera princesse .nous avons demandé un changement de chambre nous avons été upgradé et malgré ça lorsque vous voyez les recoins les coins douche il y a de la moisissure. Les draps sont propres et les matelas bien mais le reste est toute délabré .je ne reviendrai jamais à cet hôtel 😮‍💨

Wonderful week. Impeccable service at every level. Very efficient staff. Beautiful grounds with lush vegetation and towering palm trees. Lovely lighting in the evening. A truly relaxing place. A visit to the spa for a massage is a must! Exquisite Italian restaurant. The beach was extremely dirty, full of sargassum and a strong stench; I couldn't spend any time there. Reusable cups were sometimes dirty. The room was a bit dated but perfectly functional.

Magnifique semaine. Service impeccable a tout les niveaux. Personnels très efficace. Beau site végétations abondantes et immenses palmiers. Belle éclairage en soirée. Endroit relaxant. Détour au spa pour massage à ne pas manquer ! Restaurant Italien exquis. Plage extrêmement sale, sargasse et puanteur, incapable d'y passer du temps. Verres réutilisables parfois sales. Chambre un peu vieillote mais 100% fonctionnel.
