Even during the oil crisis, we received a wonderful welcome. All the staff were smiling and doing their best to provide us with the best possible experience, knowing they wouldn't have any more work after our departure. This was our second stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it.

A superb week spent at the Playa Costa Verde, though very cold compared to previous years. The staff were as welcoming, smiling, and helpful as ever, despite the decrease in travelers and the imminent closure of travel to Cuba. I'm waiting for the situation to change on the island, and then I'm ready to go back; this Playa Costa Verde hotel is my home away from home...
Superbe semaine passé au Playa Costa Verde mais très froid comparativement aux année dernières. Le personnel toujours aussi accueillant, souriant et près à rendre service malgré la diminution de voyageurs et la fermeture éminente des voyages à Cuba. En attente que la situation change sur l'île et je suis près à repartir, c'est mon chalet cet hôtel Playa Costa Verde......
