Had the flight and hotel only package, our second time at this hotel. The room is a bit dated but the hotel is very well located, very clean, several restaurants nearby. The place is perfect for those who like to take long walks on the beach or the malecon which runs along the sea. Positive: the location of the hotel, the welcome of all the employees who respond immediately if there is a problem. There are beautiful pools Negative: not really, except that it is not the ideal place for swimming unless you are good swimmers and dive into the waves.

Avions le forfait avion hôtel seulement, notre deuxième fois à cet hôtel. La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais l'hôtel est très bien situé, très propre, plusieurs restaurants autour. L'endroit est parfait pour ceux qui aiment prendre de longues marches sur la plage ou le malecon qui longe la mer. Positif : la situation de l'hôtel, l'accueil de tous les employés qui répondent immédiatement s'il y a un problème. Il y a de belles piscines Négatif : pas vraiment, excepté que ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal pour la baignade à moins d.être de bons nageurs et plonger dans la vague.

We went to Playa Los Arcos for 12 days, flight, hotel, at a very good price. Positive: The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants at affordable prices, close to the malecon which runs along the sea for beautiful walks to the centro. where there are shows in the evening as well as close to the hotel on Friday nights. Very warm welcome and excellent service from all the hotel employees, both the guards at the entrance and the receptionists who responded to our needs with a smile. We had a balcony with a sea view. We plan to return to this hotel next year. Negative: The only negative point is the room a little dated but when they are renovated we probably won't be able to afford to go there anymore. As it is the Pacific, the waves are very strong, impossible to swim in them. We expected it, it was not a problem for us.

Nous sommes allés à Playa Los Arcos 12 jours, avion, hôtel, à un très bon prix Positif : L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de restaurants à prix abordables, près du malecon qui longe la mer pour prendre de belles marches jusqu'au centro. où il y a des spectacles le soir ainsi que près de l'hôtel le vendredi soir.
Très bon accueil et service excellent de tous les employés de l'hôtel, autant les gardiens à l'entrée que les réceptionnistes qui répondaient à nos besoins avec le sourire. Nous avions un balcon avec la vue sur la mer.
Nous pensons retourner à cet hôtel l'an prochain. Négatif : Le seul point négatif est la chambre un peu vieillotte mais quand elles seront rénovées nous n'aurons probablement plus les moyens d'y aller. Comme c'est le Pacifique, les vagues sont très fortes, impossible de s'y baigner. Nous nous y attendions, ce ne fut pas un problème pour nous.

Beautiful place in old Puerto Vallarta, very close to the Malecon, it's safe to walk. Positive: The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the climate are amazing. Negative: Too many vendors on the beach, it's annoying.

Bel endroit dans le vieux Puerto Vallarta tout près du Malecon, on peut marcher en tout sécurité.
Positif : Le personnel, l’emplacement, la propreté, le climat est incroyable. Négatif : Beaucoup trop de vendeurs sur la plage, c’en est agressant.

Positive: The staff is always smiling. Nice hotel and rooms dated but clean style. Family hotel so many children, however, there is possibility to use another pool which is located on the roof of another hotel that belongs to them on days when you want to be more quiet and the view is great! Negative: the buffet is a little redundant, but very good and it never fails to fruit!

Hôtel très bien situé et surtout très central dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta alors s'attendre a beaucoup d'action et près de tous les restaurants et boutiques. Positif : Le personnel est toujours souriant. Hôtel et chambres sympa au style vieillot mais propre. Hôtel familial donc beaucoup d'enfants cependant il y a possibilité d'utiliser une autre piscine qui est situé sur le toit d'un autre hôtel qui leur appartient les jours où l'on veut être plus tranquille et la vue est excellente! Négatif : le buffet est un peu redondant mais très bon et il ne manque jamais de fruits !
