It's common to receive a survey about a canceled trip. Does anyone actually read these surveys? Hooray for automation… But to answer your question, while I understand the airlines' decision, it was quite a paperwork nightmare for everyone involved, canceling everything, issuing refunds, not to mention the emotional disappointments… which were completely out of control. It's when situations like this arise that you know if you've chosen the right agency. As of today, the trip has been refunded, as mentioned in your emails, regarding your cancellation. This is very reassuring and guarantees security for a future trip with Voyages à Rabais. However, it's still unfortunate to read negative comments about Cuba, the food, and other things… We need to understand and accept their situation. We mustn't forget that the primary purpose of a trip to Cuba is for the sun, the beaches, and to escape the winter at a low cost. The people are doing what they can, with what they have available, to make our stay enjoyable. We hope their situation will improve very soon, and that we can return. Has anyone read this survey response?

Mais pour y répondre, bien que je comprenne la décision des transporteurs aériens, en demeure que ce fut tout un “paperwork” pour tous, de tout canceller, rembourser et sans parler des déceptions émotives… hors contrôles.
C’est quand il arrive une telle situation, que l’on sait si nous avons choisi la bonne agence. À ce jour, le “voyages” a été remboursé, comme mentionné dans vos courriels, lors de “votre” cancellation. C’est très rassurant et garantit une sécurité pour un prochain voyage, avec Voyages à Rabais.
Cependant il demeure dommage de lire des commentaires négatifs en relation à Cuba, sur la nourriture et autres… Il faut comprendre, accepter la situation de leur vie. Ne perdre de vue que le but premier d’un voyage à Cuba est pour le soleil, les plages et s’évader de l’hiver à bas prix. Le peuple fait ce qu’il faut, avec ce qu’il lui est disponible pour parfaire notre séjour.
Dans l’espoir que leur situation s’améliorera très prochainement, et pouvoir y retourner.

The bar area needs cleaning because the lamps and roof are covered in bird droppings!
La section bar est a nettoyer car les lampes et toit est en de M d'oiseaux !
