There's no beach at this hotel!!!! We had to cross the street to another Pelican, and there, wow, only 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas, so no space at all. With my 75-year-old mother and my 84-year-old aunt, it was impossible to sit on a towel on the sand. So, no beach for us. We spent the whole week at the pool with nothing but screaming Mexicans!!! I'm very disappointed with this hotel; I'll never go back and I'll never recommend it either. The photos of the hotel and website are misleading... We paid to see the beach and it was nothing but rubbish.... Furthermore, there was no mini-fridge or safe in the room; we asked for them all week and never received them. We had to carry our passports everywhere with us all week... The patio door was broken and wouldn't lock... The one on the ground floor was useless too... The bathtub wasn't standard size; remember, my mother is 75 and my aunt is 84, and you had to straddle them at least 24 inches to get into the tub to take their showers. A very disappointing trip overall.

Nous devons traverser la rue, aller à un autre Pélicano et là, wow 6 chaises et 3 parasols donc aucune place, avec ma mère de 75 ans et ma tante de 84 impossible de s'asseoir sur une serviette sur le sable, donc pas de plage, on a passé la semaine à la piscine avec que des Mexicains qui hurlaient !!! Je suis très déçue de cet hôtel, je n'y retournerai jamais et je ne la recommanderai jamais non plus. Les photos de l'hôtel et du site sont trompeuses...
Nous avons payés pour voir la plage et que de la merde....
De plus aucun petit frigo, ni coffre-fort dans la chambre, nous l'avons demandé toute la semaine et jamais eu, on a dû traîner nos passeports partout avec nous toute la semaine...
La porte patio était brisée et ne barrait pas... Au rez-de-chaussée pas utile non plus...
Bain non standard, rappelez-vous maman 75 ans, ma tante 84 et il fallait chevaucher au moins 24 pouces pour embarquer dans la baignoire pour prendre leurs douches.
Voyage très poche au final..
