We expected much better.
On s’attendait à beaucoup mieux.

Worst drinks I've ever had at the hotel bar. At least 20 people we spoke to, including ourselves, got sick. They provided filtered water for drinking and making ice, but the bar staff rinsed the mixers with tap water. We will not be returning to this hotel. Very disappointed.

Pire drinks que j’ai bu de ma vie au bar de l’hôtel. Au moins 20 personnes à qui nous avons parlé dont nous, avons été malades. Eau filtrée pour boire et faire la glace mais les employés du bar rincent les mélangeurs avec l’eau du robinet. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel. Très déçu.

I'm a beach girl, so I was really disappointed. The resort is huge; you're constantly walking. Luckily, I love walking, lol. The à la carte restaurants are super good, and the vegetation is just wow. There are 12 pools, so you can always find a place to sit.

Je suis une femme de plage alors j’ai vraiment été déçu. Le site est immense, on marche tout le temps. Heureusement que j’aime la marche lol. Restaurants à la carte super bon, végétation est juste wow. 12 piscines alors on trouve toujours où s’installer.

A very large resort with many stairs and slopes. You have to use the shuttle to get around to the different areas. This shuttle should be discontinued. Constantly worrying about brake failure or a breakdown makes it quite an experience. We had to change rooms because ours was infested with termites. They were everywhere in the block we were in. We ran out of cold water, so there was no water in the toilet and it was impossible to take a hot shower. There are no chairs on the beach, only sunbeds with large mattresses. After rain, everything is waterlogged and damp. The buffet is disappointing with very little choice. I won't be going back.

Très grand site avec beaucoup d’escaliers et de pentes. Il faut utiliser la navette pour se déplacer sur les différents sites. Cette navette devrait être mise au rancart. Toujours peur de manquer de frein ou de tomber en panne c’est toute une expérience. Nous avons dû changer de chambre puisqu’elle était infestée de termites. Il y en avait dans tout le bloc où nous étions. Nous avons manqué d’eau froide donc pas d’eau dans la toilette et impossible de prendre une douche à l’eau bouillante. Aucun chaise sur la plage seulement des lits avec de gros matelas. Suite à une pluie tout est détrempé et humide. Buffet décevant et peu de choix. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Satisfied with my stay at the Presidential Suite Hotel. For the quality of the room and its size despite a very minimalist bathroom. Cleanliness throughout the site was much appreciated. We liked the fact that we could frequent the other hotels. The à la carte restaurants were easy to access and the quality of the meal was pleasantly surprising... As an improvement, I would suggest having more entertainment and especially good shows in the evening that we did not have. The service from the Sunwing Nexlux representative was rather limited. Overall it was better than I expected. Thank you to your entire team. MD. From Quebec City.

Satisfait de mon séjour à l’ hôtel Présidentiel suite Pour la qualité de la chambre et sa grandeur malgré une salle de bain très minimaliste. Propreté sur l’ensemble du site bien apprécié. Nous avons bien aimé le fait que nous puissions fréquenter les autres hôtels. Les restaurants à la carte étaient faciles d’accès et la qualité du repas était agréablement surprenant… Comme amélioration je proposerais d’avoir plus d’animations et surtout de bons spectacles en soirée que nous avons pas eu. Le service du représentant de Sunwing Nexlux. était plutôt limité Dans l’ensemble ce fut meilleur que je pensais. Merci à toute votre équipe. MD. De la ville de Québec.

Stay from November 28, 2023 to December 12 at the Presidential Suites by Lifestyle Huge site where timeshare and hotels rub shoulders. By booking at the Presidential Suite you have access to superior services and other sites, which I recommend. The Presidential site is small and old but extremely well designed and clean. The staff is exceptional at all sites!! The buffet food is very good and the a la carte restaurants are excellent in quantity and quality. As for alcohol, it is often lacking and there could be a little more. The beach is small but you can walk around. The VIP club on the beach is just phenomenal!!! The room, although old-fashioned, was very large, clean and functional. I will definitely return!!! NB I do not recommend Lifestyle sites for people with reduced mobility... there are a lot of steps and you still have to walk a lot.

Énorme site ou timeshare et hôtels se côtoient. En réservant au Présidentiel suite on a accès a des services supérieurs et aux autres sites, ce que je recommande. Le site du Présidentiel est petit et âgé mais extrêmement bien conçu et propre. Le personnel est exceptionnel sur tous les sites!! La bouffe des buffets est très bonne et les resto a la carte sont en quantité et qualité excellent. Côté alcool il manque souvent et il pourrait y avoir un peu plus. La plage est petite mais on peu si promener. Le club VIP de la plage est juste phénoménal!!! La chambre bien que vieillotte était très grande, propre et fonctionnelle. J'y retournerai assurement!!! N.B. Je ne recommande pas les sites Lifestyle pour les personnes a mobilité réduite... il y a bcp de marches et on doit marcher quand meme beaucoup.
