The management of à la carte restaurants needs to improve and there should be activities in the lobby or near the cafe/bar before 9:45 p.m. because otherwise people, having nothing to do, go to their rooms.

La gestion des restaurants à la carte doit s'améliorer et il doit y avoir des activités dans le lobby ou près du café/bar avant 21h45 car sinon les gens n'ayant rien a faire, vont à leur chambre.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. All the rooms are close to everything because the hotel is U-shaped, so everyone has access to the sea, the pool, and the restaurants without having to walk too far. There are plenty of staff and security guards, making you feel very safe. The beach is very beautiful and very large; it's just the sea that's disappointing—lots of rocks (my brother-in-law cut his toe) when entering, and quite small. However, the water is very clear with very few waves. The hotel is very well monitored, which is reassuring. Special mention to the butler, Pierre, who is fantastic. He speaks French and is incredibly kind; all the staff are friendly. It's quite a distance from the airport, though—a 1.5-hour bus ride into the city—but it's interesting to observe the local way of life. Excellent service from the discount travel agency.

C’est super beau l’hôtel, toutes les chambres sont prêts de tout car l’hôtel est en U, donc tous , on a accès à la mer, à la piscine aux restaurants sans trop marcher. Il y a beaucoup de personnels, beaucoup de gardiens, on se sent en sécurité. La plage est très belle , très grande, c’est juste la mer qui est décevante, beaucoup de roches (mon beau-frère s’est coupé l’orteil)en entrant et très petite, mais l’eau est très claire, très peu de vague. Hôtel très bien surveillé, c’est rassurant. Mention au majordome Pierre est super, il parle français, très très gentil, tout le personnel est gentil. Loin de l’aéroport par contre 1.30h en autobus dans la ville, mais plaisant de voir la vie des gens là-bas

Hello, the whole family loved this hotel. We went there for the water slides for the children and it was very good. We had the sea view room with private pool in the room, it was great!!! We had Chris and Pierre who was assigned to us as personal concierge. They were incredible, exceptional service from them, we would take them again because they are always friendly and they do everything for us, they bring us what we want and help us with all the little hassles, thank you both, your working conditions are clearly difficult, but you are still always smiling, thank you. Wonderful hotel, but it is a hotel for sliding or relaxing, the beach is not impressive, something less enjoyable is needed... Very nice experience!!!

Bonjour, toute la famille a adoré cet hôtel. Nous y sommes allés pour les glissades d'eau pour les enfants et c'était très bien. Nous avions la chambre vue sur mer avec piscine privée à la chambre, c'était super!!! Nous avions Chris et Pierre qui nous était attitré en dans que concierge personnel. Ils ont été incroyable, un service exceptionnel provenant d'eux, nous les reprendrions car ils sont tout le temps sympathiques et ils font tout pour nous, ils nous apporte ce que l'on veut et nous aide avec tout les petits tracas, merci à vous deux, vos conditions de travail sont clairement difficiles, mais vous êtes quand même tout le temps souriant, merci. Hôtel merveilleux, mais il s'agit d'un hôtel pour les glissade ou relaxer, la plage n'est pas impresionnante, il faut quelque chose de moins appréciable... Très belle expérience!!!

Everything was perfect! The only downside: there were a lot of jellyfish on the beach. Several travelers got stung. Exceptional service, very attentive staff! Beautiful hotel.

Tout était parfait! Seul hic : beaucoup de méduses à la plage. Plusieurs voyageurs se sont fait piquer. Service exceptionnel, beaucoup de personnel attentionné! Magnifique hôtel.
