Very safe place, excellent service, very good choice of food, having to sign the bills is a bit annoying especially since we have a bracelet, I would like to have music to dance to in the evening. For the rest everything is superior. At check in they asked for a photocopy of my reservation, a photo should be accepted like everywhere

Our family vacation was a great rest, the beach was magnificent, the sunrises and sunsets were splendid ♡. We needed some peace and quiet as for the organized activities, we didn't do any but the area looked very interesting. The resort is very clean from A to Z. The staff was smiling and welcoming. The restaurant service is impeccable, a high-end hotel service (Italian evening, midday beach fisheria). Due to the hurricanes that had caused damage, we were in the hotel right next door since the mundo was being repaired. No buffets apart from the morning were present, you have to plan a little more money for the service. Lots of animation, movies near the pool with popcorn, princess show for the children, paid cabaret. We had a visit from Santa Claus with a buffet dinner with a red carpet welcome and Santa's elves, the children received gifts from Santa Claus. It was a very nice week, as an inconvenience, the parasols on the beach near the water cost 200 pesos with 2 chairs. When the sellers see you setting up, one after the other comes to sell you their crafts. The staff is new and the directions are not very clear from one person to another, we managed to find an answer. Magnificent place to relax as a couple or family, the food is excellent ♡.

Nos vacances en famille étaient bien de repos plage magnifique les levés et couchés de soleil son splendide ♡. Nous avions besoin de tranquillité pour ce qui est des activités organiser nous en avons pas fait mais avait l'aire très intéressante. Le ressorte est très propre de a à z. Le personel souriant et accueillant. Le service restaurant est impécable un service hôtelier haute game(italien soir, midi beach fisheria). Pour vue des ouragans qui avait fait des dégâts nous étions dans l'hôtel juste à coter puisque le mundo étaient en réparation. Aucun buffets mise à part le matin était présent, il faut prévoir un peut plus de sous pour le service. Beaucoup d'animation film pres de la piscine avec pop corn, spectacle de princess pour les enfants, cabaret payant. Nous avons eu la visite du père Noël avec un souper buffets avec une accueil tapis rouge et les lutin du père Noël les enfants on eu des cadeau du père Noël. Se fut une très belle semaine comme désagrément les parasô sur la plage prêt de l'eau coûte 200pesos avec 2 chaise. Quand les vendeur te voient tinstaller ses un après l'autre qui vient pour te vendre leur artisanat. Le personel est nouveau et les indications ne sont pas très claire d'une personne à l'autre on réussi à trouver réponse. Magnifique endroit pour relaxer en couple ou famille le manger est excellent ♡.
