Princess Senses The Mangrove

Stay from September 4th to 11th, 2026. We enjoyed the food, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the friendliness of the staff. The resort is very large, and we requested to be moved to block 1, as we found the walk to the restaurants and cafes too long in block 4, where we were initially placed. The hotel accommodating with the room change. There were few parasols on the beach, but since we were there during the low season, the hotel wasn't very busy, so it wasn't an issue. This might be a problem during peak season. The beach isn't very large, and the water wasn't very clear, but we appreciated its cleanliness (little to no seaweed), and the staff rakes the sand more than once a day. The beach is also very close to the pools.

séjour du 4 au 11 septembre 2026. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture, la propreté des lieux, l’amabilité du personnel. Le site est très grand, nous avons demandé d’être déplacé dans le bloc 1, puisque dans le bloc 4 où nous avions été placés initialement, nous trouvions que la marche vers les restaurants ou le café était trop longue. L’hôtel nous a accommodé dans le changement de chambre. Peu de parasol sur la plage, mais puisque nous étions en basse saison, l’hôtel n’était pas très occupé donc ce n’était pas un enjeu. Cela l’est peut-être en plus haute saison. La plage n’est pas très grande et l’eau n’était pas très claire, mais nous avons apprécié le propreté de celle-ci (peu ou pas d’algues) et les employés passent le râteau plus d’une fois par jour sur le sable. La plage est aussi très près des piscines.

After a 2.5-hour bus ride, we arrived at a majestic hotel. The hotel is 1 km long, four stories high, with multiple swimming pools and sea views from our rooms. The rooms are very beautiful and well-decorated, with comfortable beds, balconies offering a basic view, and quality outdoor furniture. The buffet has a wide variety of options, and the service is excellent. The staff is smiling and very friendly. The restaurants are well-marked, with very good service and very good food, but I expected a little more. The beach is very large, but the water isn't turquoise; it's green.

Après 2h30 de trajet d’autobus, nous sommes arrivés à un majestueux hôtel, l’hôtel a 1 km de long quatre étages avec multiples piscines et une vue sur la mer de nos chambres. Les chambres sont très belles très bien décorée le lit confortable, un balcon avec vue sommaire et des meubles extérieurs de qualité il y a de tout au buffet et le service est excellent. Le personnel est souriant et très aimable. Les restaurants sont très bien déclaré, très bon service, nourriture très bonne mais je m’attendais à un peu mieux. La plage est très grande, mais l’eau n’est pas turquoise elle est verte.

New and beautiful resort, very good food, but the beach isn't great. There's a lack of chairs and parasols.

We received royal treatment from the moment we changed our butler from Davina to Liam, who successfully smoothed over the tumultuous departure we had experienced with Davina. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience of living and dining in absolute luxury!
