After a 2.5-hour bus ride, we arrived at a majestic hotel. The hotel is 1 km long, four stories high, with multiple swimming pools and sea views from our rooms. The rooms are very beautiful and well-decorated, with comfortable beds, balconies offering a basic view, and quality outdoor furniture. The buffet has a wide variety of options, and the service is excellent. The staff is smiling and very friendly. The restaurants are well-marked, with very good service and very good food, but I expected a little more. The beach is very large, but the water isn't turquoise; it's green.

Après 2h30 de trajet d’autobus, nous sommes arrivés à un majestueux hôtel, l’hôtel a 1 km de long quatre étages avec multiples piscines et une vue sur la mer de nos chambres. Les chambres sont très belles très bien décorée le lit confortable, un balcon avec vue sommaire et des meubles extérieurs de qualité il y a de tout au buffet et le service est excellent. Le personnel est souriant et très aimable. Les restaurants sont très bien déclaré, très bon service, nourriture très bonne mais je m’attendais à un peu mieux. La plage est très grande, mais l’eau n’est pas turquoise elle est verte.

New and beautiful resort, very good food, but the beach isn't great. There's a lack of chairs and parasols.

We received royal treatment from the moment we changed our butler from Davina to Liam, who successfully smoothed over the tumultuous departure we had experienced with Davina. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience of living and dining in absolute luxury!

Couple's trip from March 11th to 18th with the Club Platinum package. Transportation by bus: the route is long and there are many delays when passing through villages due to traffic. They stop at a restaurant near a bay about 15 minutes away. We can buy beer there and have access to restrooms. Check-in and check-out: we are taken directly to the Platinum lobby by shuttle for a personalized welcome. The butler escorts us to our room to explain how the hotel services work. Room: ocean view on the 4th floor, #5402. Very large room with two bathtubs, one on the balcony and the other inside. In addition, there is a large double-jet shower. Plenty of space and amenities. Two double beds, soft linens, and lovely fluffy pillows. There is a connecting door to the adjacent room, which, in our opinion, allows noise to pass through. We had no neighbors during our stay. Restaurants: Our favorite restaurant for several reasons—choice, quality, and ambiance—is the Platinum Beach Club. The wine is excellent, like the Carbenet red. The service is impeccable, and the chef comes to meet us to get our feedback. The menu changes throughout the week. You can dine outside with your feet in the sand to cheerleader music. There's a small buffet with quality choices to complement the à la carte menu. À la carte restaurants we tried: Robert's Flame (grill) and The Pearl (fish/seafood). Other restaurants that were just good: KA (Japanese) and The Fusion 360. Don't miss the great coffee shops (Blue Mountain Coffee Shop). They offer a variety of hot and cold coffees, pastries, and an ice cream bar (open 24 hours a day). Beach and facilities: The hotel is nearly a kilometer long, with a boardwalk running the entire length of the beach, though it's rather narrow for easy access. The lobby is fantastic, and the view! Wow! Beautiful beach, but a bit rocky in places. We used our water shoes to walk along the beach, but they weren't necessary to get into the sea. The seabed is very hard, with no seaweed or rocks in the designated area. You can swim outside the marked area to cross a small patch of seaweed on the seabed, and there are beautiful sandy areas to be found almost everywhere. I didn't see any fish while snorkeling. The chairs, umbrellas, and sunbeds in the Platinum section were sufficient during our stay. However, the method for reserving a spot wasn't clear. What we understood was: You reserve your chair yourself or ask your butler. But be careful that it isn't already reserved, either by the butler's sign or by personal belongings. We tried to reserve ourselves and had our things moved. It seemed the butlers had their own section, organized according to a certain hierarchy. Ask for a coaler (igloo) filled with ice, water, and beer. Very nice! Shows and entertainment: not much entertainment on the beach, and we didn't participate in the other training sessions. Butlers: Great value (2 butlers): you ask for whatever you want; communication is via WhatsApp: reservations on the beach, at restaurants, and room service. They accompany you to restaurants and give tours. They also decorated the room for my husband's birthday, preparing bubble baths and champagne! So sweet! Pools: three pools, one adjacent to the bar, another adjacent to the snack bar, and a quieter one. All are infinity pools. There's another small pool in the Platinum section on the restaurant's rooftop, but it's very narrow. We go there for the view from the bar, which is exceptional. Drinks: We didn't really like them because they were very sweet and poorly mixed (for some choices). The best choices (taste/quality/service) are at the second-floor bar, Blue Note Bar (Piano Bar). They serve them in beautiful hand-blown glass cups. In short: Do we want to return? Probably not, as the road isn't tourist-friendly. We also believe this hotel could be more environmentally conscious: for example, the excessive use of towels both on the beach and in the rooms, as well as the water used for the large bathtubs, falls far short of global goals. Conclusion: This resort is a true 5-star in many respects.

Voyage en couple du 11 mars au 18 mars en formule Club Platinum.
Transport par autobus: la route est longue et beaucoup d'attente lors du passage dans les villages en raison du trafic.Ils nous arrêtent en chemin dans un resto aux abords d’une baie 15 minutes.On peut y acheter de la bière et on a accès au toilette.
Accueil check on et check out: on vous amène directement au lobby du Platinum en navette pour un accueil personnalisé.Le majordome nous accompagne à la chambre pour nous donner des explications sur le fonctionnement des services de l’hôtel.
Chambre:vue sur mer au 4 ième étage 5402#.
Très grande chambre avec 2 baignoires dont une sur le balcon et un autre à l’intérieur. En plus d'une grande douche double jet. Beaucoup d’espace et de commodité.
Deux (2) lits doubles, literie douce et belles oreillers moelleuses.
Il y a une porte communicante à la chambre adjacente ,qui selon ,nous laisse passer les bruits.Nous n’avons pas eu de voisin lors de notre séjour.
Restaurants: notre meilleure restaurant pour plusieurs aspects : choix – qualité - ambiance est celui du Platinum Beach Club.
Le vin est excellent comme le Carbenet rouge
Le service impeccable et le chef vient nous rencontrer pour connaître nos impressions.
Variation carte des menus dans la semaine.
Possibilité de manger extérieur les deux pieds dans le sable sur une musique cheer.
Un buffet petit mais avec des choix de qualité pour compléter le menu à la carte.
Restos à la carte essayés: Par préférence, le Robert’s Flame (grill) et The Pearl (poisson/fruit de mer).
Autres restos : juste bons : le KA (japonais) et The fusion 360 .
Ne pas manquer les bons cafés (Blue Mountain – Coffee Shop). Différents cafés chauds ou froids , viennoises et bar à glace. (ouvert 24 heure sur 24)
Plage et installations
L'hôtel mesure près d'un kilomètre, un trottoir longeant la plage d'un bout à l'autre mais plutôt étroit pour le va et vient. Le lobby est fantastique et la vue ! wow!
Belle plage à vue mais un peu rocailleuse à certains endroits.
On a utilisé nos souliers d'eau pour marcher le long de la plage mais pas nécessaire pour se rendre à la mer. Le fond de la mer est très dur, aucune algue et roche dans la section délimitée.
On peut nager hors limite pour traverser un petite zone d’algues dans le fond de la mer,et on peut y retrouver de beaux fonds de sable un peu partout Je n’ai pas vu de poisson en snorkeling.
Les chaises, parasols et lits balnéaires à la section Platinum sont suffisants lors de notre séjour. Vous réservez votre chaise vous-même ou vous demandez à votre buttler. Mais attention qu'elle ne soit pas déjà réservée, soit par la pancarte de majordome (buttler) ou soit par des choses personnelles. Nous avons tenté de réserver par nous même et nous nous sommes faits déplacer nos choses.
Demandez un coaler (igloo) rempli de glace, eau et bière. Très appréciable!
Spectacles et animations: pas beaucoup d’animation sur la plage et on n’a pas faits les autres entrainements,
Majordome: Super appréciés (2 buttlers): vous demandez ce que vous voulez : la communication se fait par whatsAPP : réservation sur la plage, des restos et service aux chambres. Ils accompagnent dans les restos et font visiter les lieux. ils ont aussi decoré la chambre pour la fête de mon mari avec préparation de bains moussants et champagne! Trop cute!
Piscines: trois piscines dont une adjacente au bar, une autre adjacente au snack bar et une autre plus tranquille. Toutes à débordement.
Une autre petite piscine dans la section Platinum sur le toit du restaurant , mais très étroite. On y va pour la vue du bar qui est exceptionnelle.
Les drinks : Nous n’avons pas trop aimé car ils sont très sucrés et peu mixés (pour certains choix).
Les meilleurs choix (goût/qualité/service) sont au bar du deuxième étage, Blue Note Bar (Piano Bar) . Ils les servent dans de belles coupes en verre soufflé.
En résumé :
Est ce que nous désirons y retourner ? Probablement pas car la route n’est pas adaptée aux touristes. Aussi nous considérons que cet hotel pourrait avoir une préoccupation environnementale plus élevée : ex) La sur-utilisation de serviette autant à la plage que dans les chambres, ainsi que l’utilisation d’eau pour les grandes baignoires, c’est loin des objectifs planétaires.
Conclusion:
Ce complexe est un vrai 5 étoiles pour plusieurs aspects.
