Beautiful weather, lovely grounds surrounded by palm trees. Superb gym. The beach is very ordinary. Don't go there for the beach, but the pools are beautiful. The buffet has very limited choices. However, the à la carte restaurant is excellent. Very nice views from the rooms.

Belle température, beau site entouré de palmiers. Superbe gym. La plage très ordinaire. Il ne fait pas aller là pour la plage, par contre belles piscines. Le buffet très peu de choix. Par contre, le resto a la carte excellent. Très belles vue de chambre.

The beach is dangerous. One guest even got bitten by a stingray (not the hotel's fault, but it illustrates the point). Large rocks and difficult access to the water. You have to be very determined, let's say. The hotel music… it's awful. Always the same old hits in a chill version. Always slow music. No atmosphere whatsoever. The waiters only live for tips. Very nice, but still.

La plage, dangereuse. Un client s’est même fait mordre par une raie (pas la faute de l’hôtel mais c’est pour expliquer). Grosses roches et difficile d’accès à l’eau. Faut être très motivé disons.

La musique de l’hôtel… l’horreur. Toujours les mêmes chansons de vieux hits sous forme chill. Toujours musique slow. Aucune ambiance.

Les serveurs ne vivent que pour les pourboires. Très gentils mais bon.

A beautiful hotel with magnificent vegetation, 3 pools, 1 adult only, the 2nd small and quiet and the 3rd magnificent pool on a landing by the sea. Note that the pools are heated and there is a large whirlpool and it is very hot. The service is excellent both at the beach and at the pool. By the pool, there is a snack bar and everything is made to order, there is a beautiful menu, so it is hot and delicious. The morning buffet is small, but you will not miss anything. The restaurants are also delicious. With this hotel, you are entitled to another hotel with the shuttle included. In addition, with this hotel, you are entitled to a restaurant in the Center of Mazatlan, Casa 46, there is a fee, but it is well worth the price, transportation is not included but it is not expensive. The day we went, we booked with the hotel, a Pulmonia car with driver and he showed us around Mazatlan in 3 hours and then we were dropped off at the aquarium because in our package of this hotel, the entrance was free. We had a junior suite with ocean view, but it is rather partial view, the room was spacious with small kitchenette with large refrigerator and freezer in addition to a microwave, dining table. Large balcony with super comfortable lounge chair and view of the beautiful vegetation. We come back super satisfied with our stay and feel like we got our money's worth. PS The bracelet is used to open the room door, towels and for all restaurants and bars. We found it very avant-garde and very efficient. The service received is worthy of a 5 *. Good stay.

Un bel hôtel avec une magnifique végétations, 3 piscines, 1 adulte seulement, la 2e petite et tranquille et la 3e magnifique piscine sur palier en bordure de la mer à noter que les piscines sont chauffées et il y a un grand tourbillon et lui est très chaud. Le service est excellent autant à la plage qu’a la piscine. En bordure de la piscine, il y a un snack et tout est fait sur demande, il y a un beau menu, donc c’est chaud et délicieux. Le buffet du matin est petit, mais vous ne manquerez de rien. Les restos sont aussi délicieux. Avec cet hôtel, vous avez droit à un autre hôtel avec la navette incluse. De plus, avec cet hôtel, vous avez droit à un resto dans le Centre de Mazatlan la Casa 46, il y a un frais, mais qui en vaut largement le prix, le transport n’est pas inclus mais ce n’est pas dispendieux. La journée ou nous sommes allés, nous avons réservé avec l’hôtel, une voiture Pulmonia avec chauffeur et il nous a fait visiter Mazatlan en 3 heures et ensuite on s’est fait déposer à l’aquarium parce que dans notre forfait de cet hôtel, l’entrée était gratuite. Nous avions un suite junior vue mer, mais c’est plutôt vue partiel,la chambre était spacieuse avec petite cuisinette avec grand réfrigérateur et congélateur en plus d’un micro-onde,table à manger. Grand balcon avec chaise longue super confortable et vue sur la belle végétations. Nous revenons super satisfait de notre séjour et avons l’impression d’en avoir eu pour notre argent. P.S. Le bracelet sert a ouvrir la porte de chambre, les serviettes et pour tous les restos et les bars. Nous avons trouvé très avant-gardiste et très efficace. Le service reçu est digne d’un 5*. Bon séjour.

We've done several all-inclusives and this one satisfied us from A to Z except the bed was too hard for us. The service is extraordinary, the food was excellent everywhere. Possibility to go to the Pueblo Bonito hotel in Mazatlán, to dine at the Casa 46 restaurant in the center and visit the aquarium for free. Lots of vegetation at the hotel which is magnificent and very pleasant to walk there. It's cool in the morning and evening but very hot during the day and the pools are heated. Really, don't hesitate to go there, you won't be disappointed unless swimming in the sea is important to you. It is very cold and the color is not blue like in the Caribbean but it is very pleasant to walk in.

On a fait plusieurs tout inclus et celui-ci nous a comblé de À à Z a part le lit qui était trop dur pour nous. Le service est extraordinaire la nourriture était excellent partout. Possibilité d’aller à l’hôtel Pueblo Bonito de Mazatlán, de souper au restaurant Casa 46 dans le centro et visiter l’aquarium gratuitement. Beaucoup beaucoup de végétations à l’hôtel qui est magnifique et très agréable d’y marcher. C’est frais le matin et le soir mais très chaud le jour et les piscines sont chauffées. Vraiment, n’hésitez pas d’y aller, vous ne serez pas déçu sauf si se baigner dans la mer est important pour vous. Elle est très froide et la couleur n’est pas bleu comme dans les Caraïbes mais elle est très agréable à marcher.

The place is bucolic, in terms of the gardens and the site itself. The beach to enter the water is rocky for swimming, however walking there is very pleasant. In January it is too cold to swim in the Pacific. The nights are cold. The pools are heated and very beautiful. The bars and restaurants are very good and the staff really kind and helpful. I just can't wait to go back. Our room was perfect on the 3rd floor in block 25 with a sea view. The only thing I would make as changes is to install noise-reducing pads under the legs of the kitchen chairs, because they resonate a lot

L'endroit est bucolique, au niveau des jardins et du site en soi. La plage pour entrer dans l'eau est rocailleuse pour se baigner, toutefois y marcher est très agréable. En janvier c'est trop froid pour se baigner dans le Pacifique. Les nuits sont froides. Les piscines sont chauffées et très belles. Les bars et restaurants sont très bons et le personnel vraiment gentil et serviable. J'ai juste hâte d'y retourner. Notre chambre était parfaite au 3e étage dans le bloc 25 avec vue sur la mer. La seule chose que j'apporterais comme modifications est d'installer des patins anti-bruit sous les pattes de chaises de cuisine, car ça résonne beaucoup
