The staff is exceptional, Jorge, Miguel, Antonio and José Luis to name a few, they take their work to heart and are always ready to help. But for the rest, a mediocre rating! Very little choice as a restaurant, a very limited all-inclusive. We had to ask twice for toilet paper, Kleenex and to come and make our room at 4:00 p.m. and even then someone came to make the bed! We stayed a month, the sheets were never changed! And what about the noise! We felt like we were on the side of the highway in a tent. We had booked a luxury family suite with an ocean view and when we asked to change, we were offered a small room in a corner, barely overlooking the sea and which smelled of mold. There was always humidity in the room which kept our clothes damp, no drawers to put our belongings in. They supposedly did a $25M renovation, they forgot to find a way for the doors to not slam like a cannon shot continuously even when you try your best to hold them back. The walls are cardboard, even though it is cement, I can assure you that the room next to ours was very busy during our stay and the lady had a very loud voice! We were sold a 5 star rating and being very very generous we are barely giving it a 4.

Très peu de choix comme restaurant, un tout inclus très limiter. Nous avons du demander à deux reprises pour du papier de toilette, des Kleenex et de venir faire notre chambre à 16:00 et même à ce moment quelqu’un est venu faire le lit! Nous sommes resté un mois, les draps non jamais été changés! Et que dire du bruit! On se croyait sur le bord de l’autoroute dans une tente. Nous avions réservé une suite familiale de luxe avec vue sur la mer et quand nous avons demandé de changer, on nous a offert une petite chambre dans un coin, à peine vue sur la mer et qui sentait la moisissure. Il y avait toujours une humidité dans la chambre qui gardait nos vêtements humides, aucun tiroirs pour y déposer nos effets. Ils ont, supposément fait une rénovation de 25M$, ils ont oublié de trouver un moyen pour les portes ne claquent pas comme un coup de canon continuellement même lorsqu’on essaie du mieux que l’on peut pour les retenir. Les murs sont de carton, même si c’est du ciment, je peux vous assurer que la chambre à côté de la nôtre a été très «  busy » durant notre séjour et que la dame avait une voix très portante! On nous a vendu un 5 étoiles et en étant très très généreux nous donnons à peine un 4.
