TRÈS AGRÉABLE!!!

About an hour from the airport. Beautiful sea view from the main restaurant. Mother Nature sent a lot of Sargassum seaweed, 6 days a week, but staff were busy collecting it, and there were two lovely swimming pools to take over. Plenty of drinking water stations to refill our water bottles. Surrounded by mature trees and relaxation areas. Definitely worth a return visit!

À environ 1 heure de l’aéroport. Très belle vue sur la mer du restaurant principal.
Mère Nature a envoyé beaucoup de Sargasses, 6 jours sur 7, par contre des employés s’affairaient à les ramasser, et 2 belles piscines pour prendre la relève.
Beaucoup de stations d’eau potable pour emplir nos gourdes.
Entouré d’arbres matures et d’espaces détente.
À revisiter!

The beach is a great place, with plenty of activities, but the food... only two à la carte restaurants, and they weren't very good, plus the buffet was the worst I've ever had in Playacar.

Beautiful site, lovely resort, lots of greenery, kind and courteous staff, good service, very good buffet food, small buffet but nothing is lacking! It's a small resort with 200 rooms, so everything is close by. The tap water at the buffet is good to drink, and there are water stations all along the way to the rooms where you can refill your bottle. Bring pesos because it's easier; they accept US dollars and give change... but it's easier in pesos. In fact, they don't exchange US dollars for pesos at the lobby; you have to go to the small market about a 5-10 minute walk away, which is very safe. Points for improvement: They could use about 20 more beach chairs, one more à la carte restaurant because there are only two, and you have to pay extra for specialty coffees as they are not included! In short, I would go back 😊

Très beau cite, très beau resort, beaucoup de végétation, personnelles gentis et courtois , bon service, nourriture au buffet tres bonne ,petit buffet mais manque de rien ! Petit resort de 200 chambres donc tout est à proximité, l'eau est bonne a boire au buffet , il a des stations d'eau un peu partout sur le chemin des chambres où l'on peu remplir notre bouteille. Apportez vous des pesos car c est plus facile, il prennent l'argent américain et donne le change ...mais c est plus facile en pesos. D'ailleurs au loby il ne change pas l'argent américain en pesos ,il faut aller au petit market à environ 5 à 10 minute de marche ,très sécuritaire. Points à améliorer :: Ca prendrait une 20 ène de chaises de plage de plus , un resto à la carte de plus car il n y en a que 2 et il faut payer pour les cafés spéciales ils ne sont pas inclut !Bref j'y retournerais😊

The hotel isn't bad but it's not to our taste. The buffet isn't very varied, sometimes you had to wait a bit before being assigned to a table. There was only one bartender at each bar (1 pool, 1 beach) and the wait time for a drink was long. They made us attend a presentation that lasted 90 minutes to try to sell us timeshares... in short, they are always looking for ways to make us pay more. Like when we arrived they were trying to sell us an upgrade to a premium package. Nonsense. Luckily the weather was nice and the beach was clean.

L’hôtel n’est pas mauvais mais c’est pas à notre goût. Le buffet n’est pas trop varié, des fois fallait attendre un peu avant d’être assigné à une table. Il y avait qu’un seul barman à chaque bar (1 piscine, 1 plage) et le temps d’attente pour avoir un drink était long. Ils nous ont fait assister à une présentation qui a durée 90 minutes pour essayer de nous vendre des timeshares .. bref
Ils cherchent toujours des façons pour nous faire payer plus. Genre en arrivant ils essayaient de nous vendre un upgrade pour un package premium. N’importe quoi. Une chance qu’il faisait beau et la plage était propre.
