Resonance Blu Santa Maria

Absolutely terrible, way too expensive for what we paid. The buffet was freezing cold... no à la carte restaurants unless you go outside the resort... closed due to a broken sewer system

Lack of entertainment. Possibly due to a lack of guests. The buffet is therefore limited, and the hotel's à la carte restaurants are closed. Guests are advised to go to the nearby Plaza to eat at the restaurants. In short, there's far too much walking and moving around. There's no background music for the yoga sessions, which was rather boring. None of the staff speak French, not even a little. Only English. All in all, the concept of two different atmospheres has potential. I think if the hotel could become a bit more popular, the site would improve and be more interesting... and there should be more shuttle services to get from the Blu to the Musique without getting too tired. My feet hurt. Others like me got blisters ;P... I still had fun with other vacationers.

Le buffet est donc restreint et les restos à la carte de l'hôtel sont fermés. Il est proposé de se déplacer à la Plaza à proximité pour manger dans les restaurants.
Bref, on marche et on se déplace beaucoup trop.
Pour les séances de yoga, il n'y a pas de musique de fond. C'était donc un peu ennuyeux.
Aucun membre du personnel ne parle français, même pas un peu. Seulement en anglais.

Sommes toutes, le concept de deux types d'ambiance a du potentiel. Je crois que si l'hôtel pouvait devenir un peu plus populaire, le site s'améliorerait et serait plus intéressant ....et il faudrait plus de services de navette pour se déplacer du Blu au Musique sans trop se fatiguer. J'ai eu mal aux pieds. D'autres comme moi ont eu des ampoules ;P....Je me suis tout de même amusée avec d'autres vacanciers.

No restaurant open, only the buffet with no culinary variety. The pool was dirty and full of rocks at the bottom. Services were limited, but the staff were friendly and offered no explanation of the facilities or activities. Not recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Resonance Blu Santa Maria. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the smiling staff. The layout is very Zen-like. The grounds are always clean. The housekeeping staff do an exceptional job. The gardeners maintain the grounds beautifully, providing us with stunning, colorful vegetation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are sometimes à la carte when there aren't many guests; otherwise, a buffet is offered. The service is always impeccable. The restaurants we tried offered a limited selection of dishes, but they were delicious, and the staff was very helpful. All the bars in the resort and on the beach offer delightful drinks served by smiling professionals. We always felt welcome. We enjoyed some wonderful shows. Relaxing activities are suggested, including yoga sessions with instructor Dani and her team. Pure bliss with great physical and mental well-being. The beach is always clean, and the scenery is breathtaking. Swimming in the sea is heavenly, with crystal-clear turquoise water and a sandy bottom. Plus, you can walk for miles along the beach. We hope to return to this hotel very soon, as our stay was very relaxing while also including some very joyful festive moments. Thank you to all the staff and management. Lina and Francesco

Nous avons eu de merveilleuses vacances au Resonance Blu Santa-Maria. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil est chaleureux grâce à un personnel souriant. L'aménagement est très zen. Le site est toujours propre. Les femmes de chambres font un travail exceptionnel. Les jardiniers entretiennent bien l'endroit pour nous offrir une superbe végétation colorée. Les déjeuners, dîners et soupers au buffet sont parfois à la carte si les touristes ne sont pas nombreux, sinon un buffet est offert. Le service est toujours impeccable. Les restaurants que nous avons essayés offraient un choix limité de plats, mais ils étaient succulents et le personnel était très serviable. Tous les bars du complexe et de la plage nous offrent des boissons délectables servis par des professionnels souriants. Nous nous sentons toujours les bienvenus. Nous avons assisté à de magnifiques spectacles. Des activités de détente sont suggérées, dont les sessions de yoga avec le professeur Dani et son équipe. Du bonheur à volonté avec un grand bien-être physique et mental. La plage est toujours nettoyée et le paysage est de toute beauté. La baignade dans la mer est paradisiaque avec de l’eau cristalline turquoise et un fond sablonneux. En plus, on peut marcher plusieurs kilomètres sur la plage.
Nous espérons retourner à cet hôtel très bientôt car notre séjour a été très relaxant tout en ayant des moments de festivités très joyeux. Merci à tout le personnel et à l'administration.

Everything would have been perfect if we hadn't taken the Harmony club because they weren't able to offer it to us.
