Palacio Mundo Imperial

After 3 times at this hotel, I always have excellent service. We have the room facing the pool and fridge in the room. We always have to sign the bill but if it's only that it doesn't bother me. We went to Acapulco City with the Colosio bus at the Zocalo stop, last stop for 18 pesos round trip per person. You have to take it from the Waltmart at the end of the Princess. Very safe. Several viewpoints of the city, marina, sea, restaurants and shopping. About 35 minutes. We enjoyed our walk. Returned.

Après 3 fois à cette hôtel, j’ai toujours un excellent service. Nous avons avons la chambre face a la piscine et frigo dans la chambre.
On doit tjrs signer la facture mais si c’est seulement cela ça me dérange pas. Nous avons été à ACAPULCO CITY avec la bus colosio à l’arrêt zocalo dernier arrêt pour 18 pesos aller retour par personne . On doit la prendre à partir du waltmart au bout du Princesse.Très sécuritaire . Plusieurs point vue de la ville ,marina ,mer ,resto et shopping. Environ35 minutes. Nous avons aimés notre balade. A retourné .

il faut signer toujours des papiers pour un verre d’eau, une boisson alcoolisée de la nourriture, c’est vraiment agressant. Il court après nous pour Signé Il n’a pas de plage, il faut prendre le bus 15 minutes Et mon voyage, on est environ 20 personnes qui a eu la tourista même moi j’ai été quatre jours avec et je vais amener beaucoup de pilules cipro immoduim On a tout passé même on se partageait des médicaments entre nous des enfants ont fait de la fièvre, même une petite fille à paralyser, je ne sais pas c’est quoi qui avait comme microbe mais c’était atroce ça va l’air prop à l’œil Il avait beaucoup de nourriture, aucune Animation, aucun spectacle, beaucoup de mexicains dans l’hôtel

No beach on site and service needs to be more conscientious and better adapted to a foreign clientele. More English won't hurt.

Pas de plage sur le site et service à besoin d’être plus consciencieux et mieux adapté à une clientèle étrangère, Plus d’anglais fera pas de tort

Magnifique semaine

The hotel staff were very rude, everyone was closed on site!! We moved from the Palacio to the Princess!! I thought I was in Florida and not Mexico! No Mexican food. Only seafood, gluten, hamburgers, hot dogs and fries. I am disappointed with my experience and there were more than ten of us. The music was unpleasant, only Michael Jackson on repeat and Avril Lavigne. I really do not recommend it.

Le personnel de l’hôtel étaient très désagréable, tous était fermé sur le site!! Nous avons transféré du Palacio au Princess!! Je me croyais en Floride et non au Mexique ! aucune nourriture Mexicaine. Que du Seafood, gluten, hamburger, hot dogg frite. Je suis déçu de mon expérience et on était plus qu’une dizaine. La musique désagréable , que du Michael Jackson sur repeat et Avril Lavigne. Vraiment je ne recommande pas.
