Belle semaine
The site is beautiful, with lots of palm trees that make you feel like you're in an exotic place. I saw the doctor for my child; the service was excellent and the staff very friendly. We ate well all week. The rooms could use some updating, but otherwise, it was an excellent stay with the children. There was some sargassum seaweed, but tractors came by daily to remove it from the site, so the beach was still very beautiful!
Site très beau, beaucoup de palmiers ce qui nous transporte dans un endroit exotique. J’ai eu affaire au médecin pour mon enfant, excellent service, convivialité. Nous avons bien mangé toute la semaine. Chambres pourraient être revampées, mais sinon, excellent séjour avec les enfants. Il y avait de la sargasse, mais des tracteurs passaient quotidiennement les enlever sur le site, alors plage très belle!

Need for room service
Besoin de restauration aux chambres
The staff seemed exhausted, though a few were great. The air conditioning in the room was humid and hot. The rooms had black mold. We had two small beds for three people, with no possibility of getting a small portable bed. There were only two 1-liter bottles of water per day in the refrigerator for three people, and I asked for more, but I still only got two per day. There are swim-up bars in two of the pools, so they get dirty quickly. The resort is large, so there are many steps to take to get to the rooms. The communal bathrooms, near the pools, lobby, etc., are very well maintained. The resort is beautiful and very clean. We were three adults and two children in total. The other two adults had the same room, and they had to change rooms upon arrival because the first one they were given only had one bed, even though they are not a couple. We all got sick, with stomach aches and diarrhea. Two adults had respiratory problems. I don't think I'll return to the Riu Bambu if the rooms aren't modernized. Many Riu hotels have been modernized in recent years, and I hope this one will be too soon!

Nous avons eu deux petits lits pour 3 personnes, aucune possibilité d'avoir un petit lit portable. 2 bouteilles d'eau de 1L par jour dans le réfrigérateur quand nous sommes 3 personnes, et que j'ai demandé à en avoir plus mais j'en avais toujours 2 par jour.
Il y a des bars dans 2 piscines. Donc elles se salissent vite.
Le resort est grand donc beaucoup de pas pour se rendre aux chambres.
Les salles de bains communes, près des piscines loby etc, sont très bien entretenues, le resort est beau et très propre.
Nous étions 3 adultes 2 enfants en tout, la chambre des 2 autres adultes était pareille, et ils ont dû changer de chambre en arrivant car la 1ere qu'ils avaient eu contenait un seul lit alors qu'ils ne sont pas un couple.
Nous avons tous été malades, maux de ventre et selles liquides.
2 adultes ont eu des problèmes respiratoires.
Je ne crois pas retourner au Riu Bambu si les chambres ne sont pas modernisées. Beaucoup de Riu ont été modernisés ces dernières années, en espérant que cela soit le cas pour celui ci bientôt!
