Fantastic week, beautiful hotel, lovely beach, not rocky at all (I usually wear water shoes, but not at this resort). We loved our week (September 14th to 21st). The staff are incredibly kind, especially Gustavo on the beach. His service was outstanding; he's attentive, knows your preferences, and takes care of you by bringing you water or sparkling water, not just drinks. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back. One small drawback: there's no sign or information about activities, shows, etc., so even at check-in, it wasn't explained to us. However, two Riu parties and a foam party are held at another resort (free with transportation included), but we only found out about this at the end of our vacation.
Super semaine, super beau hôtel, belle plage, pas du tout rocailleux (normalement je porte des souliers d'eau mais pas à ce resort). Nous avons adoré notre semaine (14 au 21 septembre). Le personnel sont vraiment gentil, un gros coup de coeur pour Gustavo à la plage. Service hors pair, il est avenant, connais tes préférences et prends soins de toi en t'aportant également de l'eau ou eau pétillante et non seulement des drinks.

Petit point négatif, il n'y a pas d'endroit/panneau ou autre pour connaître les activités, les spectacles etc donc même au chek in, cela nous a pas été expliqué mais 2 riu party ainsi qu'un foam party est situé sur un autre resort (gratuit et transport inclus) mais nous l'avons su seulement à la fin de nos vacances.
