The Hotel Riu Emerald Bay is located on the long beach of Playa Brujas, the perfect place to enjoy an authentic vacation with family or friends. With its comprehensive facilities, this 24-hour all-inclusive hotel in Mazatlán is the best hotel in Mexico for an unforgettable getaway with RIU Hotels & Resorts.
Located in Mazatlán, the hotel boasts over 1,000 thoughtfully appointed rooms offering every comfort: satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, a minibar with a beverage dispenser, and a balcony or terrace. In addition, the Hotel Riu Emerald Bay features five swimming pools and a swim-up bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. And don't miss Splash Water World, a water park with exciting attractions for hours of fun.
The variety and quality of the food at the buffets are highly praised, as are the friendliness and service of the staff. The rooms are often spacious, clean, and frequently offer beautiful sea views, while the overall cleanliness of the hotel is also highlighted. The numerous swimming pools and lovely beaches perfect for walking complete this positive experience. However, it is sometimes mentioned that the à la carte restaurants can be similar to buffets, repetitive, or difficult to book.

Disappointments for a Riu
Déceptions pour un Riu
Not much entertainment. The staff hardly spoke English, only Spanish. Only one bar was open, so there were long queues. The pools need attention; many tiles were broken, and the electrical wires for the pool lights were hanging loose in the water. The beach was extremely rough, with a red flag flying all week. The room was adequate but needed renovation in the older section. Cleanliness was generally good. My son hurt himself on the first water slide he went down, and another boy broke his nose. The buffet was just okay... We're used to better in Mexico. Overall, we had a nice week, but I wouldn't go back.
Peu d'animation
More... Less...Le personnel ne presque pas anglais que espagnol
1 seul bar ouvert donc longue fil a attendre....
