This was our second time at this hotel and we loved it! Our first time was several years ago with a group of 24 people, and this year it was just my partner... the renovations and everything else, we loved it all. I highly recommend this hotel.

Magnifique séjour

A week-long stay from April 5th to 12th, 2026, with my 13-year-old daughter and a couple of friends. The hotel was magnificent! The room was renovated and very clean, and the buffet was simply incredible. The only downside to our stay was the lack of shade on the beach. Normally, in the South, palapas are available for guests, but here, there weren't any. The palm trees had been cut down too much, so there was no shade at all. We had to rent umbrellas from street vendors at a cost of $20 to $25 CAD per day. For the price we paid for the hotel, I found this really disappointing. The establishment should offer shade solutions to its guests directly on the beach. Aside from this major issue, we loved our stay.

Le seul bémol du séjour concerne l’ombre sur la plage. Normalement, dans le Sud, il y a des palapas mis à la disposition des clients, mais ici, il n’y en avait aucun. Les palmiers ont été trop coupés, donc il n’y a aucune zone ombragée. Il fallait louer des parasols auprès de marchands itinérants, à un coût de 20 $ à 25 $can par jour. Pour le prix payé pour l’hôtel, je trouve cela vraiment décevant. L’établissement devrait offrir des solutions d’ombre à ses clients directement sur la plage.

Hormis ce gros détail nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Perfect hotel, good food, although the wait at the à la carte restaurant was a bit long before getting a table, but the buffet was quick. The only major downside is the lack of shade on the beach because the palm trees have been pruned too severely.

Très beau site

It's a very beautiful site, the only downside is the restaurants; you have to queue, and there are no reservations, so we only ate at one restaurant. However, everything at the buffet was excellent. I recommend it.
