A very nice hotel. Always clean and the staff very pleasant. The buffet is varied and excellent. The à la carte restaurants are a mix of buffet and à la carte options, with some dishes available at the steakhouse and Italian restaurants. The pools are varied and the beach is magnificent. You can walk for several kilometers. Out of 10 days, there were only two days when there was more sargassum seaweed, but we still swam because it was only present in certain areas. The sea water was very warm, close to 90°C, and almost 95°C in the pools.
Très bel hôtel. Toujours propre et personnel très agréable. Le buffet est varié et excellent. Les restaurants a la carte sont mi buffet et certains plats sont à la carte au steakhouse et italien. Les piscines sont variés et la plage est magnifique. Il est possible de marcher sur plusieurs kilomètres. Sur 10 jours il y a eu seulement 2, où il y avait plus de sargasse mais nous nous sommes baignés quand même car elle était présente seulement dans certaines zones. L’eau de la mer était très chaude, près de 90, près de 95 pour les piscines.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Everything is well thought out to ensure a wonderful trip. Riu is a hotel chain you can't go wrong with. The only downside is that the six pools are extremely hot. They're as hot as a spa. Not at all refreshing in such hot and humid conditions. That's disappointing.
Cet hôtel est absolument fabuleux. Tout est bien pensé pour faire passer un magnifique voyage. Riu est une chaîne hôtelière avec laquelle on ne se trompe pas.

A very nice hotel to discover
Très bel hôtel à découvrir
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were attentive (special mention to Uberdo at the French restaurant and Vicky at the evening buffet). I would definitely return and highly recommend it. The beach is beautiful, and it's nice to have waiters on the beach; no need to get up to go to the bar.
