Riu Lupita

The inner edge of the indoor pool could use a scrubbing as it left a green residue on my swimsuit. Unfortunately, sargassum seaweed was present... But that's part of nature and we have to live with it. I loved this hotel and the layout of the facilities, the courteous and helpful staff, and the wide variety of choices at the buffet, so I didn't feel the need to go to the à la carte restaurants. The free shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes you to the beach or the city center allows you to leave the hotel and explore the surrounding area. All in all, I would return without hesitation.

donc j'ai pas trouvé la nécessité d'aller dans les restos à la carte. L'autobus gratuite au 30 minutes qui nous amènes à la plage
ou au Centro nous permet de sortir de l'hôtel et pouvoir visiter à l'extérieur. Sommes toutes j'y retournerait sans hésitation.

A very nice, small hotel with very courteous staff. A proactive entertainment team, and as a bonus, the Jumbo team speaks entirely French, which makes communication easier for those who don't speak Spanish or English. We were traveling with friends, and the room was large enough to allow us to move around easily, and it was also very clean. However, the fact that the Wi-Fi is located in the middle of a golf course made it difficult to connect with the locals, as we had to take a shuttle to get there—the same shuttle we had to use to get to the beach. This was something I didn't like as much, because even though we were on vacation, waiting for shuttles disrupted our day, which is what we didn't want in the south—constantly checking the time. The buffet was only called a buffet because I didn't feel any Spanish influence in it. My biggest annoyance was that the à la carte restaurants were only open from 7am to 9am, and we felt rushed by the arrival of the plates; they adhered to the schedule to the letter.

Un très bel hôtel petit avec un personnel très courtois. Une équipe d’animation proactive et en bonus l’équipe Jumbo qui parle entièrement français ce qui facilite le contact pour les personnes qui ne maîtrisent pas l’espagnol et l’anglais. Un voyage entre amis et la chambre était assez grande pour faciliter nos déplacements, la propreté de la chambre était aussi au rendez-vous. Par contre le fait que le réseau soit situé au milieu de terrain de golf ne nous permet pas d’avoir accès facilement avec le peuple mexicain, car il faut prendre une navette pour s’y rendre, c’est la même navette que nous devons utiliser pour se rendre à la plage. C’est un aspect que j’ai moins aimé, car même si nous sommes en vacances, attendre des navettes régularisait notre journée, c’est ce que nous ne voulons pas dans le sud, regarder notre montre. Le buffet portait le nom de buffet car je n’ai pas senti la touche espagnole à l’intérieur de celui-ci. Mon gros irritant fut que les restos à la carte sont ouverts seulement de 7h à 9h, et on se sentait bousculé par l’arrivée des assiettes, ils respectaient horaire à la lettre.

The Nexus service made three mistakes I didn't like. We complained that the tax price wasn't what we were told, the drinks on the boat were cheap, and we were promised a credit that we never received. BUT OVERALL THE TRIP WAS VERY GOOD. THANK YOU.

A lovely hotel that met our expectations. It's small but has everything you need. The staff is fantastic and the entertainment program offers interesting and varied activities. We didn't go to the beach, so we can't comment on that aspect.

Bel hôtel qui correspondait à nos attentes. Il est petit mais tout y est. Le personnel est super et l’animation offre des activités intéressantes et diversifiées. Nous ne sommes pas aller à la plage alors nous ne pouvons pas commenter cet aspect

The lobby is very small; everything happens at the pool bar and the central bar of the complex. The buffet is superb for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The two à la carte restaurants are very ordinary. The main pool is perfect; there's another one further away that's quieter. There's a small show in the evening, but the music stops at 10 pm. It's a shame there isn't more music in the evenings. We didn't go to the sea because it was full of sargassum seaweed and smelled terrible. Otherwise, the shuttle to the beach or 5th Avenue runs every 30 minutes. It leaves the hotel; you arrive at 5th Avenue in 5 minutes and at the beach in 15 minutes. Overall, it's perfect. We had a nice week, but we won't return to this Riu; it's too small.

Le lobby est très petit tout se passe au bar piscine et centrale du complexe le buffet est superbe tant au déjeuner au diner et souper les 2 restos a la carte très ordinaire piscine principal est parfaite une autre plus loin plus tranquille petit spectacle le soir mais a 10h plus de musique tout fini sa manque disons un peu de musique en soirée la mer pas été car c'était plein de sargasse et sa sent très mauvais sinon la navette pour la plage ou la 5 avenue a tout les 30 minutes elle part de hôtel 5 minutes tu arrive 5 avenue et 15 minutes tu arrive a la plage c'est parfait dans l'ensemble nous avons passer une belle semaine mais nous y retournerons pas a ce riu trop petit
