The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean. It's far from the beach; you have to take a minibus to get there. Be aware that there are coatis everywhere on the property, and they steal your food and open your bags—very unpleasant. Otherwise, it's generally very good.

We were overrun all week by Mexicans who came to spend 2-3 days with their families. Okay, they have a right to a vacation too, but they have absolutely no respect for others. They push us aside, put their things on our chairs, and push our chairs aside to get shade. And what about their children? They spray the parents, let them do it, and if you say anything, their father sprays you in turn. It's really unpleasant. This is my second time there. I didn't know it was the same hotel because it changed its name. I'm sure this was my last time in Riviera Maya. The hotel isn't on the beach; you have to take a shuttle. And the Mexican restaurant is really bad, so the only option left was the Italian one, which was passable. And I'm not the only one saying this; people from the hotel would leave the Mexican restaurant and go straight to the buffet. Goodbye Maya!
Nous avons été envahi toute la semaine par des mexicains qui venait passé 2-3 jours avec leurs familles ok ils ont droit au vacances aussi mais il n’ont aucun respect pour les autres il nous tasse il mettre leur choses sur nos chaises il pousse nos chaises pour avoir de l’ombre et que dire de leurs enfants il arrosent les parents les laissent faire et si tu dis quelque chose leur père à son tour t’arrose vraiment désagréable moi c’est la deuxième fois que j’y vais je savais pas que c’était la même hôtel car elle a changé de nom je suis sur c’était la dernière fois pour moi à Riviera Maya
