We didn't use the pools or participate in the daytime activities. Behind the first 15 meters of beach lies a vast private section of white sand and palm trees, offering excellent sea views. There are no neighbors within 7 meters and no hawkers. Beach service is available. Bring a travel umbrella if you want more shade than the numerous palm trees provide. It's very peaceful. The CubanoBar offers top-notch service, especially in the evening for its excellent cocktails. Table service uses a separate, less impressive bar located in the back office. There are a few action stations at the buffet, and the Asian restaurant deserves special mention for its many sharing plates. This is a mid-sized hotel, avoiding the crowds of larger establishments. For those who value tranquility, the service is attentive and personalized.

Nous n'avons pas utilisé les picines et les activités en journée. Derrière les 15 premiers mètres de plage se trouve une immense section privée de sable blanc et de palmiers de où l'on peut très bien admirer la mer. Sans aucuns voisins à moins de 7 mètres et sans vendeurs itinérants. Service sur la plage. Prévoir un parasol de voyage pour ceux qui désirent plus d'ombre que ce que procurent les nombreux palmiers. Très tranquille. Service de Bar A1 au CubanoBar, à privilégier en soirée pour la qualitée des cocktails. Le service aux tables utilisent un autre bar en 'back office' de moins bonne qualité. Quelques 'actions stations' au buffet et mention spéciale au resto asiatique avec ses nombreux plats à partager.
Hôtel de taille moyenne pour éviter la cohue des gros établissements hôtellier.
Pour ceux qui privilégient la tranquillité, un service attentionné et personnalisé.

Perfect place for a relaxing and high-quality stay

A very nice, quiet hotel with plenty of shade around the pool, and clean rooms. However, the bed was too soft. The food was of very high quality, both at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurants. We loved it so much that we will definitely return.

Très bel hôtel, tranquille , beaucoup d'endroits ombragés autour de la piscine, les chambres sont propres. Par contre, le lit était trop mou. La nourriture est très grande qualité tant au buffet que dans les restaurants à la carte. Nous avons tellement aimé l'endroit que nous allons certainement y retourner.

Second time in Punta Cana. Still so windy! A constant 30-50 km/h, day and night! But this resort gives you a choice: beach = wind, palm grove = a little wind, pools and resort = very little wind! It was PERFECT. The beach was busy (several resorts around) but very beautiful. There was seaweed/sargassum, but it didn't prevent swimming or spoil the enjoyment of being on the beach (except for one day when there was a big thunderstorm overnight). A very nice hotel where there's no fighting to find chairs (in the sun or shade), whether on the beach, by the pool, or in their beautiful palm grove. Shade is easy to find everywhere! Very good service everywhere for drinks and food. Restaurants and buffets are top-notch, with something for everyone. You can indulge in fried food or eat very healthy! The cocktails seemed to be of very good quality!

2e fois à Punta Cana. Toujours aussi venteux! 30-50 km/h constant, jour et nuit! Mais ce resort vous donne le choix: plage = vent, palmeraie = un peu de vent, piscines et resort = très peu de vent ! C'était PARFAIT. Plage achalandée (plusieurs resorts autour) mais très belle. Algues/sargasses présentes mais n'empêchait pas la baignade et ne nuisait pas au plaisir d'être sur la plage (sauf une journée où il y avait eu un gros orage durant la nuit). Très bel hôtel où il n'y a pas de combat pour se trouver des chaises (au soleil ou à l'ombre), que ce soit à la plage, à la piscine ou dans leur belle palmeraie. L'ombre est facile à trouver partout! Très bon service partout pour les drinks et la bouffe. Restaurants et buffets à la hauteur où tous y trouverons qqch à leur goût. Vous pouvez sombrer dans la friture ou manger très santé! Les coktails nous ont semblé de très bonne qualité!
