This was our fourth visit to this hotel. We like the location. The food is excellent. However, there is very little shade on the beach. On our last visit, there was a lot of sargassum seaweed, which made walking on the beach and swimming very difficult. Although we like the location, we don't plan to return because of the lack of shade on the beach and the lack of sargassum removal.

C’était notre quatrième visite à cet hôtel. Nous aimons le site. La bouffe est excellente. Par contre il a très peu d’ombre à la plage. À notre dernière visite il y avait beaucoup de sargasses ce qui rendait la marche sur la plage et la baignade très difficile. Bien que nous aimons le site, nous ne planifons pas y retourner à cause du manque d’ombre à la plage et du manque de nettoyage des sargasses.

Excellent hotel for those seeking peace and relaxation in comfort. Everything at the hotel is very satisfactory. There isn't a lot of entertainment, which is fine for those looking for tranquility. Plenty of activities are offered at the other Riu hotels we have access to, which are within easy walking distance of the Riu Palace Mexico. I would return with my family without hesitation.

Excellent hôtel pour ceux qui cherche calme et relaxation dans le confort. Tout est très satisfaisant dans l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'animation et c'est correct pour ceux qui cherchent le callme. Pleine d'Animations sont offertes aux autres hôtels Riu auxquels nous avons accès et qui sont à une distance de marche très proche de l'hôtel Riu Palace Mexico. J'y retournereai avec ma famille sans hésitation.
