Riu Palace Pacifico

The evening entertainment hall isn't enclosed, so there's a lot of noise every night until 11:00 PM; it's really disruptive for us, as we go to bed early. There's also far too much noise and music from the pool activities; so there's no way to get any peace and quiet on the beach. We tried to change rooms to avoid the courtyard, but the reception staff refused. A nice week nonetheless.

La salle des spectacles du soir n'est pas fermée et il y a donc beaucoup de bruit tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h00; c'est vraiment dérangeant pour nous qui se couchons tôt; Il y a aussi beaucoup trop de bruit et de musique des activités à la piscine; il n'y a donc pas moyen d'avoir le silence sur la plage; Nous avons essayer de changer de chambre pour ne pas être dans la cour intérieure mais les préposés à la réception n'ont pas voulus. Belle semaine quand meme.

I loved everything about this hotel!!! Service, comfort, food 🤩 and cleanliness! A big wow!!! If only there were palapas/parasols on the beach it would be a 10/10

The Riu Pacifico is the best Riu I've ever stayed at… this was my 14th trip to a Riu. The service is exceptional! In the restaurants and buffets, as soon as your glass is half empty, they refill it! We went to the Kyoto, steakhouse, and Italian restaurants, and they were all very good, with a more American menu than other Riu hotels, which was perfect for us. Everything is clean, and there's hand sanitizer available at the buffet entrance. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The rooms are large and clean, but the mattress in our room needed replacing. The beach is superb for walking enthusiasts. In the afternoon, it's low tide, so the ground is flat and wide, much to the delight of walkers. If you enjoy swimming in the sea, you should know that there are small stingrays that are regularly seen swimming near the shore.

Le Riu Pacifico est le meilleur Riu au niveau du service que j’ai visité……c’était mon 14e voyage dans un Riu.
Le service est exceptionnel !
Dans les resto ou buffet , aussitôt que ton verre est à moitié, on vient le remplir !
Nous sommes allés aux restos Kyoto, steak house et Italien et ils étaient tous très bons avec un menu plus américain que dans les autres Riu et c’était parfait pour nous.
Tout est propre, il y a du désinfectant en entrant au buffet .
Les employés sont sympathiques et toujours souriants.
Les chambres sont grandes et propres mais le matelas était à changer dans notre chambre.
La plage est superbe pour les amateurs de marche. En après midi, c’est la marée base , alors le sol est plat et large pour le grand plaisir des marcheurs.
Si vous aimez vous baigner dans la mer, vous devez savoir qu’il y a de petites raies que l’on voit régulièrement passer près du bord.
