Positive points: Good food, very beautiful and clean beach, very friendly staff, and a comfortable main bed. Negative points: The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The lighting is a very cold white, both in the room and in the common areas, making it feel more like an operating room than a hotel. Getting in and out of the sea requires some effort. The sand gets scorching hot, and the water is opaque due to the black sand. There are no palapas; only small palm trees that offer little shade. The music and entertainment activities are very loud and can be heard everywhere, from morning until night. Things to bring: SPF 50 sunscreen, sandals for walking on the hot sand, a nightlight for the bathroom, a small bedside lamp if you like dim lighting, and earplugs if you're looking for peace and quiet. We were in a room facing the sea on the 4th floor. The balcony and the view were extraordinary. However, the elevators are quite far from the rooms. This is a factor to consider if climbing stairs presents a difficulty.

Points positifs : Bonne bouffe, très belle plage propre, personnel très aimable et lit principal confortable.
Points négatifs : le canapé-lit est très inconfortable. L’éclairage est un blanc très froid, autant dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs, ce qui rappelle davantage une salle de chirurgie qu’un hôtel. L’entrée et la sortie de la mer demandent un certain effort. Le sable devient brûlant et l’eau est opaque en raison du sable noir. Il n’y a pas de palapas; seulement de petits palmiers qui offrent pas beaucoup d’ombre. La musique et les activités d’animation sont très bruyantes et s’entendent partout, du matin jusqu’au soir.
À prévoir : crème solaire FPS 50, sandales pour marcher sur le sable brûlant, une veilleuse pour la salle de bain, une petite lampe de chevet si vous aimez une lumière tamisée et des bouchons d’oreilles si vous recherchez le calme.
Nous étions dans une chambre face à la mer, au 4e étage. Balcon et la vue est extraordinaire. Mais les ascenseurs sont assez éloignés des chambres. C’est un élément à considérer si monter des escaliers représente une difficulté.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable: there were staff constantly sweeping, touching up paint, or tending the gardens. You can tell that maintaining the property is a priority. The food was good and varied. The à la carte restaurants operate without reservations, which is very convenient. The service is quick, and when there isn't a table immediately available, we were given a vibrating button that alerted us when our table was ready. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The minibar and refrigerator were restocked every two days. The only negative point regarding the room was a strong musty smell. The beach is public, which unfortunately comes with some drawbacks. We noticed stray dogs and litter, including hair, and in some areas, a smell of dog excrement. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement regarding the beach and the dampness in the rooms, the excellent maintenance of the facilities, the quality of the food, and the efficient service made our stay enjoyable.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La propreté des lieux est remarquable : il y avait constamment du personnel qui balayait, faisait des retouches de peinture ou entretenait les jardins. On sent que l’entretien de la propriété est une priorité.

La nourriture était bonne et variée. Les restaurants à la carte fonctionnent sans réservation, ce qui est très pratique. Le service est rapide et, lorsqu’il n’y a pas de place immédiatement, on nous remet une pastille qui vibre lorsque notre table est prête.

La chambre était propre et le ménage était effectué tous les jours. Le minibar et le réfrigérateur étaient réapprovisionnés tous les deux jours. Le seul point négatif concernant la chambre était une forte odeur d’humidité.

La plage est publique, ce qui apporte malheureusement certains inconvénients. Nous avons remarqué la présence de chiens errants ainsi que des déchets, notamment des cheveux, et par endroits une odeur de déjections canines.

Dans l’ensemble, malgré quelques points à améliorer du côté de la plage et de l’humidité dans les chambres, l’excellent entretien des installations, la qualité de la nourriture et l’efficacité du service ont rendu notre séjour agréable.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, it's really convenient that the hotel is only 7 minutes from the airport (however, excursions are 2 hours away). The rooms are starting to show their age but are very functional. The beach is beautiful (it's the Pacific Ocean, so not turquoise water). The sand is salt and pepper, with some sections black (so it gets very hot). There are plenty of chairs and lots of palm trees for shade. According to the staff, there are stingrays in the water, but I didn't see anyone get stung (we were there in May). My only complaint about the beach (it's not the hotel's fault since it's a public beach) is that there are people selling horseback rides on the beach (they're not too pushy) but they don't always clean up after the horse. The food is very good, the people are very friendly, and the drinks are good. They could improve two things to enhance the customer experience: 1- a bar and restroom closer to the beach, 2- improved foot-washing stations after leaving the beach. It should be noted that we did not visit the pools or see the shows.

Bel hôtel, beau site, vraiment intéressant que l'hôtel est à 7 mins de l'aéroport (par contre, les excursions sont à 2h de l'hôtel). Les chambres commencent à montrer leur âge mais très fonctionnelle. Très belle plage (c'est le pacifique donc pas l'eau turquoise). Sable sel et poivre et certaines sections noir (donc très chaud). Il y a beaucoup de chaises et beaucoup de palmiers pour l'ombrage. Il y a selon les représentants des raies dans l'eau mais je n'ai vu personne se faire piquer (nous étions là en mai). Mon point négatif de la plage (ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel car la plage est publique), c'est qu'il y a des gens qui vendent un tour de cheval sur la plage (ils ne sont pas trop achalant) mais ne ramasse pas toujours ce que le cheval évacue. La bouffe est très bonne, les gens sont très sympathique, les drinks sont bons. Ils pourraient améliorer 2 choses pour augmenter l'expérience du client, 1- un bar et une toilette plus proche à la plage, 2- améliorer les station pour se laver les pieds en sortant de la plage. Il est à noter que nous n'avons pas été aux piscines, ni aux spectacles.
