It was a rather unpleasant week. The hotel is outdated, uncomfortable, and cheap. The surrounding area, accessible by car, is also rather unadventurous.

We were very disappointed with the temperature of the food at the buffet; all the meals were lukewarm, almost cold! Their warmers should be hotter! The resort is very noisy! The staff is friendly, and our favorite was Jose, who was very professional and kind! The Panama Hotel is very beautiful. I preferred the Riu Latino in Cancun, which is a true 5-star hotel with everything perfect! People shout in the hallways at 2 a.m.! Security should be stricter! Children go into the sports bar and the bar pool (parents don't help because they see the rules but don't follow them!). In short, first and last time for us!! For the Riu in Panama!!
Nous avons été très déçu de la température de la nourriture au buffet tout les repas étais tiède presque froid ! Leur réchaud devrait être plus chaud ! Le site est très bruyant ! Le personnel est souriant notre coup de coeur Jose très professionnel et sympathique ! Le panama est très beau. J'ai préférer le Riu latino a cancun qui est un vrai 5 étoiles avec tout de parfait ! Les gens crie dans les corridors a 2 am ! La sécurité devrait être plus sévère ! Les enfants entrent dans le bar sportif ou a la piscine du bar ( les parents aident pas la cause car il voit les règlements mais ne les respecte pas ! ) brefs première et dernière fois pour nous !! Pour le riu du panama !!
