Very nice hotel!!
Très belle hôtel !!
Everything was perfect! Food, activities, show, room, and staff. The location is frequented mainly by Venezuelans and Colombians. Stayed 2 weeks. I recommend it.
Tout était parfai!. Bouffe, activités, spectacle, chambre et personnel. Emplacement fréquenté plutôt par le Vénézuela et colombie.

A very nice place for a solo trip
Très bel endroit pour un voyage solo
This was my second Riu and I had a wonderful week. The staff work very hard to keep the place clean. The food and drinks are very good. I highly recommend it!

It was a good trip, but a long flight.
C’était bien comme voyage mais une destination longue en avion.
A good destination for a holiday experience, but WestJet's aircraft technology remains something that needs improvement.

Hotel with beautiful facilities

Positive points: - Hotel located very close to Scarlett Martinez Airport (10-15 minutes); - Very clean hotel; - 4 swimming pools to suit all tastes; - Large, deep beach suitable for swimming (waves can be strong at times, perhaps less recommended for young children 10 years old or younger); - Plenty of lounge chairs around the pools and on the beach despite high occupancy; - Minimal wait time for drinks at the bars as there are many staff members to serve guests; - Friendly hotel staff. Negative points: - Food at the main buffet is decent but rather repetitive; - The hotel's atmosphere may seem cold to some upon entering the main lobby (modern, boxy style rather than rustic).

- Grande plage profonde et baignable (vagues parfois fortes, peut-être moins recommandé pour les jeunes enfants de 10 ans ou moins);
- Chaises longues en nombre suffisant autour des piscine comme à la plage malgré un fort achalandage;
- Temps d'attente pour les boissons aux bars minime car beaucoup d'employés pour servir les clients;
- Employés de l'hôtel sympathiques.
Points négatifs :
- Nourriture au buffet principal correcte mais plutôt redondante;
- Ambiance de l'hôtel peut paraître froide pour certains lorsqu'on pénètre dans le lobby principal (style moderne carré plutôt que rustique).
