Very clean, unfortunately not a beach area, the sand was too hot and there were jellyfish.

Hotel with many qualities!

Very nice room, but the balcony overlooked a construction site (they're building all around the hotel). Impeccably clean, excellent buffet. Three à la carte restaurants: decent, but since reservations aren't taken, you have to queue (as there were 11 of us, the wait was long). The beach was okay, shaded by palm trees, but the sea was dark and rough. Four lovely pools, including one entirely dedicated to children with water features. Excellent drinks and good service (the staff don't expect tips). Clientele: a few Quebecers, but mostly very friendly South American families. Daytime activities: very good, evening activities: so-so… I want to mention the professionalism of George, the Sunwing representative, who understood our needs, resolved problems, and gave us excellent advice and organized our outings.
Très belle chambre mais le balcon donnait sur un chantier (ça construit tout autour de l’hôtel). Propreté impeccable, excellent buffet. 3 restos à la carte : corrects mais comme il n’y a pas de réservation, il faut faire la queue (comme nous étions 11, il fallait attendre longtemps). Plage correcte, sous des palmiers, mais mer sombre et tourmentée. 4 belles piscines dont une entièrement dédiée aux enfants avec des jeux d’eau. Excellents drinks et bon service (les employés ne s’attendent pas à un tip). Clientèle : quelques Québécois mais essentiellement des familles sud-américaines très sympathiques. Activités de jour : très bien, activités du soir : bof…
